Surface excavation upto 30 cm and avg 15 cmm deep, uprooting the grass & herb and lifting of uprooted grass & debris by manually & mechanically from existing ground and removal outside premises up to 3.00 km complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of Football ground etc for grassing by proper levelling including Supply, mixing & laying of soil (except clay), sand and organic composite such as cow dung in the ratio of 2:2:1 (maintaining average thickness of 15 Cm) including using fungicide, insecticides and anti-termites including watering and rolling etc as required slope complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying grass carpet for Football ground etc with BERMUDA grass free from weeds etc. with proper finish at top all as specified & directed at site. Note : (i) It will be responsibility of the contractor to protect them alive and growing for at least one years from the date of completion of the work. If any portion of grass found damaged/dried, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to replant the same as specified in item herein before at the same location without any extra cost to the Govt desired amount of sand and manure also shall be spreaded by the contractor during that period without any other extra cost . (ii) Employing adequate number of tradesman up to two month for watering to the grass regularly, de-weeding at regular interval and spraying of recommended/approved insecticides, fungicide as and when required till defect liability period all as directed by Eng-in-Charge at no extra cost to Govt.

Supply and fix full standard football Goal Posts as per specification of Sports Authority of India including removal of existing one.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc upto 10.5m height complete by using mechanical means as specified

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed.

M&L for 12mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including providing & mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification, surface finished even & fair by using ready mix plaster, all complete as specified and directed

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer diluted in the ratio as per manufactures instruction above one coat of coarse putty to be applied to make surface even & smooth by using smart periodical tools as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, complete all as directed. Note: The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e., Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. and five years manufacturer’s guarantee shall be given by the contractor and 2.5 % Guaranty money of work done shall be submitted in form of FDR for 05 years.

Demolition of existing old concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, cills, PCC gola, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- each line wire shall be measured.

Fixing only/Repair to existing Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- each line wire shall be measured.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Painting shall be carried out on old angle iron post, grill of security wall, posts of play courts etc.

S & F mild steel work as in fencing post posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming Fe-290 Gde E-165 to including embedding in concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness (Design Mix with aggregate of size 6 to 10 mm) using minimum 6% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix laid using with self-propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 3 to 5 tonne road roller to the required camber and gradient to achieve required density and compaction complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Contractor is suggested to visit the site before coating the rate so as to ensure necessary arrangement to reach the tools and plants.

M&L for bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading (Design mix) using minimum 4% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix laid using with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne road roller to the required camber and gradient to achieve required density and compaction complete all as specified & directed.

100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate mixed in automatic batching plant and transported to site with transit mixer, as in flooring finished fair & even including necessary form work etc complete after demolition of existing old cement concrete in ground floors & paving’s n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for formimg contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'A' complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for formimg construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of grade 'A' complete all as specified & directed.
