Material & Labour in repairs for bore earthing 150mm dia burried by vertical boring machine, depth 75 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled with holes of 12mm dia, 15 cm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering of GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade in bore well upto the depth of 70 mtr and one metre above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commecial salt, charcoal dust, copper sulphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The bore well should have 12 metre of length 150mm dia MS pipe 4.8mm wall thickness for protection of bore well, welding of GI strip 50x6m on earth electrode, GI pipe 50mm dia upto 10 metre below ground level and 15 meter from the bore well to test point gun metal and PCC foundation sorrounding the bore well 60x60x30 cm, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If GI strip required more than 35 metres, than length exceeding 35 metres shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour in repairs for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including earth lead of copper strip 20 mm X 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, precast RCC cover 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, lugs, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade protection pipe up to 7.5m complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. Copper strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & labour in repairs for single rod chemical earthing, (comprising of one copper rod, chemical earthing), copper electrode of wall thickness minimum 2mm, not less than 3 mtrs length, not less than 75mm outer dia, fixing of copper earth electrode by drilling/boring 175mm dia hole, 5.00 mtr deep in any type of strata, placing electrode in hole, return filling excavated soil by mixing min 20 kg GEL per bore and 75 kg soil resistivity improvement (SRIP) compound as per manufacturer instruction, including PCC foundation sorrounding pit of size 60x60x30 cm complete all as specifed and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade with & including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors / trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve 20mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 20mm bore Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or forbrass ferrule and fixed all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable PCC earthing chamber and Material & Labour for construction of PCC chamber made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and cover shall be 40mm thick RCC Pit cover made of precast cement concrete cover slab type B-1 (PCC 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with mild steel XPM weighing not less than 4 kg/ Sqm, including necessary form work & surfaces of PCC Chamber shall be finished smooth without using extra cement, exposed surfaces shall be given three coats of white wash complete, minimum dimension of PCC Chamber shall not be less than as specified & shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : The rate quoted for this item also includes necessary excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil/material to a distance not exc. 50 metres complete.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick kota stone earth pit cover of size 2 feet x 2 feet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of Seperator U type, made of porcelain, used for mounting earth strip, with all nut bolts and connecting accessories complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour of PVC/rubber pipe/ sleeve provided for protection of Earth strip and insulation purpose complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 35 sqmm multistranded flexible copper conductor (heavy duty) single core including suitable lugs/GI nut, bolts and mounting accessoreis complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. S&F for installation of earth notice plate of size 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures i.e. Pit number, connected to, tested date, ohmmic value as per direction by Engr-in-Charge, fixing beside earthing pit with angle iron (30mmx30mmx3mm) stand of approved size all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing including connections, fixed in walls, ceiling or laid under floor or laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing 100mm bore centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-9, confirming to IS : 8329/ 2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing / tyton joints with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, duly (ISI marked) laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Pipes shall be laid in trenches already excavated for taking out old GI pipe line. Extra excavation / earthwork shall not be paid.

S&F in replacement gun metal globe or gate valve 25 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 80 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846 : 2000, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 80 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing DI fittings confirming to IS-9523-2000 suitable for spigot & socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross collar, caps and plugs etc. suitable for spigot and socketed pipes upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in repairs for construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6 mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement with one number 50 mm dia brass pad lock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Notes applicable to above mentioned item :- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4). (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450mm from top shall be 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds. (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls. (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC. (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit. (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation.

M&L for 'D' Joint suitable for DI /CI/GI pipe sizes 50 mm dia bore including excavation work and other fittings as required including testing at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Star Delta starter 3 phase suitable for 30HP pump all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 10000 Ltrs (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layer construction, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position including GI light grade over flow pipe of suitable length, including dismantling/taking out of old unserviceable water tank of of any capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps, thermal magnetic release having, breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 Volt in the existing feeder pillar box including any addition / alteration to the panel to accommodate the new MCCB & making connections with 25x3 mm copper strip as required from main bus bars, making necessary welding work, metal work for fixing base plate etc and connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 48 here-in-before but MCCB 4 Pole, 125 Amps rating, breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 Volt.
