Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Work done certificate should be issued by competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. With work indent number is compulsory.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be a PWD registered Contractor.

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit(FDR) for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price with balance security depost. If the contractor fail to submit the prescribed FDRs and stamp paperwithin time tender will be cancelled.

The tender of any tenderer who does not accept the conditions contained in the tender document is liable to be rejected. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Constractors upload the original documents, zerox copies turnovers must be signed by CA. menctioned UDIN is compulsory.

Condition mentioned in Bid document KW-4 is accepted.

Rates are including GST. Hence GST will be paid seperately as per prevailling rules.

Accepting or rejecting the tender is reserved by EE

Contractor should execute the project with least impact to the environment. The Contractor should maintain the work during defective liability period as per contract conditions.

All the materials required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority before use on the work at their own cost. All quantity and gradation of metal collected for the works should be got approved by the competent authority before use.

Omission and Typographical errors which is in the opinion of the Executive Engineer, will not be a ground for claims of extra payment. If any of the dates mentioned happens to be a general holiday, the next working day will holds good.

The cost of tender form shall not be refundable. The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. No interest will be paid by the Government on the Earnest money deposit.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and legible. At the time of opening of technical bid all the original documents should be produced for verification without fail to the Executive Engineer, Superintending Engineer, Chief Engineer. Otherwise the tender will be rejected. During the time of evaluation of bids, if the employer finds any certification / information furnished is false, such tender will be rejected.

3.6. Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity ( AxNx1.5 B ) A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (Updated 2026-27 price level ) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited 1/12years.
