Providing and fixing of vertical/roller blinds width 100 mm regular quantity madefrom 100 % polyster/Fibre yarn coated with fade resistant polymer to ensure completeopaquety with zero light transmittance, having suitable coating on exterior, includingall fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design and instruction ofEngineer in-charge and as per site conditions. LIGHT AND FAN FIXTURES

SITC of 4 feet surface mounted batten type luminaire with a power consumption not more than 20 W, luminaire lumen output of 2400 lumens, luminaire efficacy > 120 lm/W with an operating voltage range from 140 V - 270 V. The luminaire shall have a white CRCA housing with a poly carbonate diffuser to provide uniform light and a sleek design with width not more than . The luminaire shall have a CCT of 4000K ,6500 K , CRI > 80, power factor >0.95, SDCM < 5, THD <10% and 50,000 burning hours as per L70B50 criteria. The luminaire shall have flicker content <5% and shall have high and low cut off with auto restart feature. The luminaire shall be EMI/ EMC compliant and shall have a internal surge protection of 4 kV.
