Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 Ltr and not exceeding 500 Ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (cleaning & repairing etc. shall be measured separtely) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment such as old APP membrane, polythene film, mud phuska and the like, with steel were brushing & cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete and removing demolished material not exceeding 50 metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof or terrace surface with water proofing liquid compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured separately under respective item.

Brushing neat cement slurry with cement 3.00 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1996 over plastered @ 0.40 ltrs/sqm of density 0.87-0.89 kg/ltrs at 25 degree celsius and viscosity 70-160 CPS (primer shall be of make as merbrane) including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

APP (atactic Poly-propylene polymer) modified membranes,five layered, 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.5kg/Sqm, having a centre core of polyester non-woven mat (FP) reinforcement dipped in to APP modified mix and sealing all the over laps 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side of membranes by torching as per manufacture's instruction by authorised applicator only after applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer on the bottom of APP and on top of joints of APP complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Bitumen primer shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair face of concrete/ brick work surface finished, even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Two coats of all weather exterior paint over a coat of primer on walls including prepration of new plastered or unplastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke spot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of all weather exterior paint on walls, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

25mm thick, PCC, M-15, type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
