Disconnection of electric connection of air compressor from existing TPN MCCB by means of screw driver or other tools and transporting to workshop for tracing out defect.
Opening of cylinder head with the help of expert air compressor mechanic by means of required tools for servicing and repair/replace the following unserviceable part:- (a) Cleaning of suction/intake chamber and replacement of intake valve (b) Cleaning of delivery chamber and replacement of delivery valve (c) Replacement of cylinder liner/wall (d) Cleaning of crank case and replacement of crank shaft as per sample obtained. (e) Cleaning of piston head and repalacement of piston ring. (f) Replacement of connecting rod. (g) Replacement of lubricating oil (h) Replacement of stage relief valve. (j) Repair/replacement of suction filter
Dismantling/taking down 3 phase electric motor from the common base of air complressor by disconnecting all electric connection, fan belt, fan pully etc and carry out necessary servicing /repair by replacement of following parts:- (a ) Replacement of fan belt size G-012 (b) Replacement of fan belt cover
Repair/replacement of pressure switch type PRV -15 with new one as per sample.
Replacement of old pressure gauge as per existing one.
Replacement of old unsv contactor type MK-1, 15 Amps suitable for 440 V AC supply.
Replacement of old unsv backup fuse 35 Amps
Replacement of old unsv heavy duty air pipe for filling air in tyres with nozzle.
Ressembling of complete air compressor as one unit after repair and transporting back & carry out necessary testing for entire satisfaction of AGE E/M.
Painting to complete compressor with 02 coat of super enamel paint red colour.
