Sedimentation tank:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC under ground/partial under ground Sedimentation tank as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix but not less than 1:1.5:3 in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:1.5:3) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions.

Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) of Pump Houses at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, c/o Toilets, c/o Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, including cost of site development required as per site condition,internal and external solar powered Street lighting, external landscaping, dewatering including P/F3/5 Tonne chain pulley / Gantry alongwith MS rail along longitudinal wall of approved ISI make electrically operated alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Ref data sheet No. 2 for further details.). The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing with design and one soft copy to the department.
