Demolition of brick/stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete, set in cement mortar including bed concrete Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete, set in cement mortar including bed concrete Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in deep for sewage lines/manholes,well / cesspits etc.n.exc 10 sqm on plan in hard/dense soil. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation over areas not exc. 1.5 mtr in deep in any type of soil. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for excavating over area exc 1.5 m or part there-of in depth beyond the first 1.5m in hard/ dense soil. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for providing Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for foundation filling and mass concreting. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, in one brick thick honey comb walling built in CM 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry uncoursed well bonded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against dressed surface not exceeding 40mm granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge

M&L for flush pointing in CM 1:4 to RR masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels, benching inside manholes. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for precast bond stone in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate set in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cills, steps, coping, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with including necessary form work complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketedin any length with rubber rings joints fixed to existing sewge line/weep holes/ wall including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore single socketedin any length with rubber rings joints fixed to existing sewge line including all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge

M&L for deformed mild steel bars 10mm dia and ove,cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landing, cover slab for drain , manholes,chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings,m throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia.

S&F mild steel work (misc) as in hold fast, cleat, steps, wall ties and similar articles conf to Fe-290 Ge E-165. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain pipe 110mm , making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth fnished and reforming benching as required.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4( 20mm graded aggregate)in slabs supported on walls beams and columns in floors roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick surface horizontal or sloping, rough finished surface of concrete.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L LLDPE rotational moulded polythene septic tank in 3 chambered design for 08 users inclding excavation in any type of soil, installation of vent shaft, provision of opening for inlet & outlet SGSW pipes, PCC 1:4:8 at base of excavated area. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
