Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Installation of Kiran Aircraft including provision of followings items in the scope of work all complete as per approved drawings and the entire satisfation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Foundation work will be paid separately.) (1.) Removal of unwanted electrical wires, fuel hoses, oil tank from fabrication area. (2.) Cutting inside aircraft whre ever required for attachment points access.(3). Drilling the attachment points inside airframe with specified carbide drills for attachment plates. (4). Fixing of attachment plates as per HAL Specifification by stainless steel nuts bolts and washers. (5.) Fabrication and fitment of boxes with necessary gussets inside aircraft of ISMC 75mm as per HAL's measurement and guidelines on attachment plates to suit strength and internal measurement of aircraft. (6). Fabrication and fixing of coupling box inside aircraft to suit elevation & banking angle of 15 degrees as per guidelines with base 08 holes to match top plate of seamless pole.(7). Fabrication of seamless pole of OD 323mm. Thickness 15mm, Length 4 mtrs with base as per specification and top round plate of 800mm diameter 15mm thick and 08 holes with necessary gussets as per HAL Design.(8). Grouting of seamless pole in foundation bolts with cranes.(9). Assembling, Repairing/paneling of aircraft at site.(10). Painting and marking of aircraft with PU paint as per Air force specifications. (11). Scaffolding around pole for making platform for installation of aircraft.(12). Final installation of aircraft on seamless pole in correct & final position with proper line level at site making all arrangements (i.e. 40 ton capacity cranes, lifting slings, nylon ropes, push-pull hydraulic jacks & all another T & P for lifting Placing & Alignment of elements, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
