Supplying and installation of 62.5 KVA three phase DG set electrical Diesel generator for industrial purpose, preferably from well versed firms like Mahindra, Kirloskar, Ashok Leyland, Cummins etc., including preparation, drawing, calculation and getting approval from electrical inspectorate and availing of energisation sanction from the same. Generator should have proper engine developing 79.09 BHP @1500 RPM with standard accessories for electric start coolant oil- cooled with engine safty system the specification above include 62.5 KVA/50 KW 0.8 P.F 3 phase, 50 cycles/415 V, 1500 RPM, self- exited, self- regulated LEYPOWER alternator. IP 23 H insulation. 120 litter diesel tank fuel &Gauge, drain value, air vent inlet & outlet Diesel hode, battery with load (12 volt) The generator should have proper accoustic enclosure. The work also includes supply and laying of suitable PVC aluminium armoured cable through excavated cable trench/ on wall, end termination of above cables through adequate size of cable gland and aluminium sockets, supply and fixing of change over switch of adequate capacity, supplying and laying earth conductor of suitable size, leading fixing and positioning of DG set. The work should also include construction of suitable foundation and basement for 62.5 KVA generator and supply of GI pipe/ rod earth pit as per KSEI standards. The generator should have a minimum warranty of ONE year and AMC of 5 years after completion of warranty period.
