REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT TO ROOF TREATMENT, PGI SHEET, TRUSS, GUTTER AND FALSE CEILING AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT NAVAL PARK, AMZARI PARK, BSO, VIRBAHU, SATAVAHANA, IU MMT AND GE OFFICE AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in roof padding etc including old detoriated roof treatment and bedding layer and removing debries and rubbish to a distance outside MD land complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate), as in levellig course, Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapt wall all as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of aluinium paint over a coat of primer over the top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface preparation by removing dust, dirt, loose portions, oil, grease, efflorescence etc and cleaned thoroughly by wire brush and providing angle fillets with Polymer Modified mortar admixed with Advanced Latex Plus to all corners and joints between parapet wall and roof with minium 50x50mm size chamfered over a bond coat with Epoxy Bonding Agent (EPIBOND of Berger) and applying one coat of synthetic rubberrised adhesive HS ShaliBond CS @ 0.3-0.5 Kg/Sqm and finally providing and laying Virtual Self adhesive, HS TARFELT APP 1.5mm modified prefabricated five layer, 1.5mm thick each water proofing membrane, seal joints with overlap of minium 100mm both side and applying 1st coat of HS PU RoofKoat (1:1) water dilution prime coat over prepared surfaces and applying 2nd and 3rd coat of HS PU Roofkoat (without dilution) over primed surfaces (once primer decome dry preferably after 2-3 hrs) complete all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Berger or M/S Fosroc or M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd.) (Note: Work shall be carriedout in presence and guidance of company rep and using skilled company workers only. A written gurantee certificate from the company carring out water proofing treatment shall be obtained by the contractor and submitted to Dept on completion of work.)

M & L for cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in with mixture of white and grey cement equal proportion and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as speicfied and directed.

M & L for Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 Gde E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Steel rolling shutters, 1.25mm thickness of laths, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and erected in position as indicated, complete: gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel work as in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering including ridges and keeping serviceable sheets in safe custody for reuse in the work complete as directed.

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 19 Above but except sheet complete ditto. (Note: Old serviceable sheet as obtained from serial item No. 18 above shall re-used)

S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/vally gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement. complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Easing to existing rolling shutter pull push type after taking down top cover of size n.exc 6.00Sqm each by oiling, greasing to ball bearing to make shutter smooth functioning/movement and refixing of top cover complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness including cover fillets/snap grid etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI frame work for suspended seamless false ceiling comprising of GI ultra perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610 mm centres. then suspending GI ultra intermidieate channels of size 45 mm, 0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1220 mm centres with ultra ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55 mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ultra ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the ultra intermidieate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the ultra intermidieate channel at 457 mm centres including provn of 12 mm thick Gypsum board (Confirming to IS-2095-1982) fixing with screw mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling & finishing theedges of the boards with jointing conmpound, paper tape and Preparing new surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer over one or more coat of wall care putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium Anodised snap grid frame work of size 600mm x 600mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium T section of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.5mm thick for main runners, 25x25x1.5mm thick for cross runner and angle size 25x25x1.5mm thick alongwith wall suspended and including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to ceiling members in proper position, fixed with aluminium staple on snap grid as per manufacturer's instructions including 6 mm thick non asbestor E-board, HSPC, designer fixed to frame complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater/soil/waste pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall, etc with all necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof for 110mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
