Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

Providing and placing in position steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. All lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing form work including centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) Including supply of all materials,labour, t & p & royality etc,required for proper complition of work.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) as per direction of engineer - in - charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per direction of engineer - in - charge. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge. Hot finished seamless type tubes

75mm thick gypsum partition with proper with proper backframe & 3 coats of finished paint in color of choice.

Supply and installation of galvanised iron chain link mesh with 2 inch opening size and 3mm dia wire including suitable brackets and screws and welding, making holes in erected ms framework complete.

Providing and fixing minimum (0.55mm BMT) single length Bare Galvalume roofing sheet of trapezoidal industrial through type (88mm deep spaced at 200mm c/c) of approved vendor Galvalume / Zincalume alloy coated steel confirm AS1397, G550, AZI 50) (550 Mpa minimum yeild stress, 150 gsm minimum coating mass) with all fixing accessories, butyl mastic tape at joints, foam filler matching to the sheet profiled to make leakage proof joints where ever required etc. complete in all respects. Profile should be compatible to take load of solar panel.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes confirming to IS: 1239 (Medium Class) with G.I. fittings like bends, tees, reducers, plugs, union, flange etc. and joining with loctite or holdtite including painting with two coats of synthetic enemal paint over one coat of primer of approved shade, make & quality, chase cutting and making good the walls, floors etc. wherever required. (Exposed pipes at Terrace, Basement ceiling and CWS riser for domestic, Flushing). (The structural support shall be measured & paid seperately).
