RequiredBidder should be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/Supplier of OEM (ESAB India Ltd/D&H Sechron Electrodes Pvt Ltd/Voestalpine Bohler Welding) with documentary proof.
RequiredIf Bidder is authorized dealer, should furnish valid authorization letter/Certificate from OEM of the subject material.
RequiredIf Bidder is supplier, should furnish authorization letter/ Certificate from manufacturer of the welding electrodes duly incorporating the tender notice details.
RequiredIn case the dealer or supplier fails to furnish the authorization letter/certificate from the manufacturer of the subject material, the bid shall be considered for regular supplier to TGGENCO/Govt./PSU, subject to the satisfactory performance of recently executed POs related to subject material with any of the above mentioned makes and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO.
RequiredCopies of executed orders (or) performance certificate, issued within the last 5 years (FY 2021-22,2022-2023,2023-2024,2024-2025 and 2025 - 2026) or Latest for supply of welding electrodes/Filler wires, to power utilities/Govt. Organizations/ Public Sector under taking organizations/ reputed private organizations, clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date and description of the material et
RequiredTechnical specifications along with data sheets/ test certificate, if any, pertaining to the offered materials.
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation.
