S & F 100 mm dia cast iron air release valve flanged type with two air out lets 50 mm bore with orifice nipples of bronze,small orifice ball made out of rubber lined seasoned timer and large orifice ball of vulcanite lined seasoned timber ball with natural rubber seat rings suitable for prime rating PN 1.6 water supply mains with necessary Gasket joints , necessary fittings (CI/DI)and nuts bolts and washer etc including taking down existing ones complete all as specified and directed.

(Note :- Submersible pumpset of 25HP,50mm dia column pipe & submersible cable will be provided by the Dept. for fixing purposes by the contractor.)

Supply and laying, testing and commissioning of fixing of cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sq 3,5 core complete all specified and directed.

M&L river washed and screened dry fine sand filling in trenches below and above/ around underground cable for cable protection including pinning around cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of unreinforced PCC cover class LV, type-I flat 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing valve reflux valve / non retrun valve 80mm dia with by pass arrangment complete all specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning multi-cavity water sanitiser / conditioning station with proportional dosing system at zero discharge of the following specifications:- (a) MOC : Non - Metallic, maximum temperatue 45 degree centigrade. (b) Operation : Power-free Automatic. (c) Dosing pattern : Proportional. (d) Capacity : 100 Ltrs to 200 Ltrs. Tank lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the Lids alongwith following accessories :- (i) Overflow valve, (ii) Water inlet valve, (iii) Outlet valve (for offline automated gravity flow), (iv) Drain walve complete all specified and directed.

S&F chlorine refill tablets (contained in plastic cylindrical refill) of sealed disposable sanitiser cylinder dia 2.5 inches (tolerance ± 0.5 inches), cylinder height minimum 10.0 inches (tolerance ± 0.5 inches), minimum volume of water disinfected by each chlorine tablets refill to obtain disinfection activity of 1 PPM on spot as per safety & health hazard aspects on usage of the product media for regular drinking water disinfection eliminating. Heavy metal contaminats (like mecury & leads) in product media must be below detectable limit (BDL) using for disinfection of drinking water complete all as specified and as directed.

Developing the tube well by means of pumping by using air compressor limit of adequate capacity not less than 400 PSI compressor untill sand free water is obtained complete all as specified and directed as under :- (Note:- Contractor has to provide own Diesel and DG set/ prime mover to run compressor at his own cost)

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
