Balance work of Statue of Late Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar at Nagrota Bagwan in Distt Kangra (HP) (SH-Balance work of Dismantling, cement concrete, Steel work, plastering, granite, filling and interlocking cobble block work etc)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material upto any lead including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders under floors complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal fifteen millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm(Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached, pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (One cement : Four coarse sand : Eight graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre nominal size) as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (One Cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete as per HPPWD technical specification and within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement; one point five sand; three graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, cutting, straightening and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete upto all floor levels as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satsfaction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four sand) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm (Eighteen millimetres) thick gang saw cut, mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture granite laid over 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four coarse sand) laid and joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing curing, moulding in single or double layer and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etcetra all as per HPPWD technical specification complete in either direction as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including all taxes imposed by the government and including entire carriage of material and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, within all leads, lifts and cost of all other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel in grating, frames, guard bar ladder, railings, bracket, gate and similar work complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures or other sources graded and compacted transporting to site, spreading, grading in 200mm (Two hundred milimetres) thickness with three wheel 80-100 (eighty- hundred) KN static weight road roller to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Useable demolished material of item No-1 shall be deducted from executed Qty.)

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick factory made cement concrete interlocking cobble of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm (Fifty millmetre) thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc; all complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Backfilling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8, granular material as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
