The Bidder should either be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM Authorized licensed agent/ dealer / reseller of licenses of Access control based on Zero Trust Network Security Architecture.

The services shall be delivered from a minimum of four (4) data centers located at different seismic zones within India.

The bidder/OEM shall have been offering similar services and be operational in India for a minimum period of three (3) years.

The Bidder/OEM shall have been positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Secure Web Gateway (SWG) for more than three (3) years and as a Leader/challengers in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Service Edge (SSE) for the last four (4) consecutive years.

The Bidder/OEM must have valid ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 20000-1-2018 or above version/ ISO 27001:2015 & pertaining to Software/IT services as on the date of tender notification

The Participating OEM should have a repository of self-threat intel for at least 5 years
