SITC of Indoor-type, floor mounted, metal clad, single tier, totally enclosed and fully interlocked, fully compartmentalized, free standing, 11 kV VCB Panel with 3Nos 800 A VCBs (1 Incomer +2 Outgoing) as per IS 13118, as ammended upto date and as per detail specification and makelist attached (uploaded in the specification section) , suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply to energise 1 nos 630 KVA Dry Type Transformer & Existing 3-panel HT Gear . Supply , Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Metal Clad, Indoor-type, single tier fully compartmentalized, free standing, Floor role type, 3 panel (1 Incomer +2 Outgoing), IAC for 40 kA for 3 sec, horizontal draw-out type 11 kV, 800 A Vacuum Circuit breaker having following specifications. The Panel shall be equiped with 1 No Power Pack of adequete rating.

Class of Insulation : Class F,Temp. rise : 90° C over ambient of 50°C ,Core & Coils : The core shall be built up with high grade, non-aging, low loss, high permeability, grain oriented, cold-rolled silicon steel laminations especially suitable for core material. Termination HV/LV: HV Cable Box with terminals for cable finishing ends of suitable rating. LV Cable Box extended copper bus bar has to be provided for multiple cable finishing of suitable rating. Testing:- All Routine tests as per relevant IS 2026 have to be conducted at manufacturer’s works. The manufacturer should have in-house test facilities and should arrange for type tests i.e. impulse test & temperature rise tests on chargeable basis, if asked for.

Supply of 7 Mtrs height hot dip galvanised octagonal pole made of HT steel of grade S355 with 135 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3mm thick G.I. sheet along with base plate of size 220 x 220 x 12 mm thick with inbuilt Sleek terminal box with required sizes studs for upto 4 core 16 sq mm A Al cable termination as required and 10A porceline fuse for each out going with proper pad locking arrangement (2 nos.). NOTE : Octagonal pole should contain terminal box capable for fixing of 3 phase connector box including S/F of 3 phase looping connector box with allied accessories as per requirement and as per direction of E.I.C.
Erection of Single octagonal pole of length 6/8Mtrs with 4 nos. 20mm dia 600/700 mm length "J" type Bolt projected 100 mm & Nut etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block with hard jhama metal including 1300 mm depth x 500mm dia cylindrical type RCC (6:3:1) muffing and 0.50 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without Loop Box with GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on base plate & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

SUB-HEAD X : GLOW SIGN BOARD
S & F cubical shape structure made by 1 ½” x 1” of 14 SWG hollow bar. The size of the structure as per requirement of site (measurement will be made in square feet) incl. S & F hollow bars (support should be such that the distance between two intermediate support will be max. 2 feet) for extra support of the structure (Front side & back side) & 6 nos. rectangular hollow bars per square feet for jointing the front side & back side of the structure. The structure fabricated by proper wielding method and finished as per direction of E.I.C. Providing one no door is required at back side of the structure for maintenance of the SMPS.
S/F aluminum sheet (24 SWG) for covering back side wall and also covering upper, lower & two side of the structure. The aluminum Sheet fixed on the structure by all thread screw.
S/F of 3 mm thick aluminum composite panel (Make - Aludacor). ACP sheet ( colour should be approved by EIC) to fixed on the front side of the structure & upper & lower side cover by ACP sheet with proper nut & bolts including finishing all side as per direction of E.I.C.
S/F Aluminum angle 1 ½” X 1” of 26 swg on the outer periphery of the ACP board for providing the extra support and beautification of the steel letter board. Front side of the angle painted by powder coating. as per direction of E.I.C. Painting the whole structure by two coats of Synthetic enameled paint over one coat of R.O primer after scrapping the structure as per direction of E.I.C. Carrying charges for the above work including loading- unloading charges (2 nos. Board of size 4 feet × 10 feet)
Supply & erraction of MS angle iron structure of adequate size, fabricated from 75x75x6mm. MS angle to be installed for structural support of the whole glowsign board and bric foundation of adequate size and numbers should be installed as a base for the installation of complete structure, as approved & directed by the EIC. The sign board should be made as per the matter in (In Bengali & English) as per direction of EIC.
S/F of the special type of Imported Acrylic letter (male and female type) fixed on ACP sheet after router cutting .The letter Font = English, Hindi, Bengali (Bold) Letter colour = White. Acrylic letter illuminated with waterproof LED lights (Make - Samsung / Cray / Nichia/Panasonic) with waterproof power supply unit as follows. The modular LED lamp will be fixed inside of the acrylic letters including S/F 12V & 2.5W I Adopter/ SMPS. The LED fixed by adhesive & bound. The SMPS fixed on the back side of the structure including making necessary connection.( no of LED Module and power supply as per requirement and as per direction of EIC. NOTE- 1. Inscription of the board i.e matter will be supplied at the time of layout. Agency must verify the matter in demo form from the EIC before finalize in the same and also place for approval by the EIC. 2. Measurement of the acrylic lettering will be made as per actual layout and it will be considered in running inches i.e. height of letter multiplied by no of letter 3. Measurement as mentioned above may be increase or decreased as per actual layout. 4. Quality and grade of the letter should be strictly follow as per specification.
Scaffolding charge for the above mentioned work on the said building incl. all caring charges (from Kolkata to worksite) loading & unloading etc. including making arrangement for fixing the board on wall incl. S/F necessary books new bolt etc.

(i) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (ii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. (iii) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. General Guideline: 1) LED Lights must confirm the safety requirements as specified in IS16102 (Part 1) 2) LED light should meet the harmonics requirement as per IS14700 (Part 3/Sec 2) 3) LED products should meet the power factor requirements as per IS16102 (Part 2) 4) Lighting must confirm the photo biological test as specified in IS 16108. 5) LM 79 report needs to be submitted to BEE 6) Luminious efficacy of electric appliances must not drop to 5% after 1000 hour of service life.
