Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels. Note:- Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used is payable /recoverable separately. Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC/ RMC. (Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum)

Construction of Subgrade embankment with Moorum brought out from approved quarry out side the airport premises. The complete operation will include spreading the Moorum with dozer, dressing, levelling, providing camber, grading with motor grader and consolidating with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc. as per technical specifications and drawings complete and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of Detail design of RCC slab Superstructure inclusive of (a) Inventory survey for collecting details of existing features of the culvert from the site, (b) Soil investigation with sub soil pits ascertaining the Safe bearing capacity of soil (c)Detailed report with Detailed Structural designs and drawing f slab with calculations of stability of substructure and foundation (d) vetting the designs from approved Govt Engineering Collage/ NIT in respect of the work of Laying of New RCC Slab over the East side of Culvert attached to Bravo Taxi Way including submission of drawings, designs, etc in sufficient numbers in Hard and Soft copies as per the detailed scope given in particular specification of the Item inclusive of all payments to consultants and to Government Engineering Collage/ NIT etc. complete as per the Direction of EIC
