Supply, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of Borewell pumpset with efficiency not less than 65 % capable of discharging 5 lps against total head of 165 mtrs, with electric motor 20 hp suitable for handling fresh and silty water with maximum rpm 3000.The material of construction of the stage casing and impeller shall be shall be SS 304/as per IS 8034:2018, A276-431 type shaft.The prime mover for the pump should be 3 phase totally enclosed water cooled motor confirming to IS 9283 , energy efficient standard rating suitable for 415V +/- 10%, 50Hz +/- 5% connection with class “F” insulation, suitable cable confirming to IS 732:2019, length 15 m / as per site conditions. Meter board with fuse as per KSEB specification and electrical inspectorate norms, prefabricated closed type control panel board completely wired and fitted with fully automatic star delta starter, main switch with ISI mark, Ammeter, volt meter, VSS, RYB indicating lamps, 6A MCB for RYB indication lamp, HRC fuse, neutral link, ELCB, suitable capacitor, SPP, 2 nos of earth pit suitable for motor as per KSEB specification and electrical inspectorate norms, with all necessary protection units and instrumentation. The rate inclusive of all the charges of supply, installation including petty civil works including supporting structures bolting etc., trial run and commissioning, including GST. Suitable stainless steel rope for hanging the pumpset must also be provided.
