Re-Modeling, Erection, Hydraulic Testing & Commissioning of Complete Mulsifire System on 160MVA 220/132KV Transformer - II (EMCO make) Installed in Place of 100MVA 220/132KV Transformer (ABB make) at 220KV Sub Station Dohna, Bareilly by Installation of High Velocity Automatic Water Spraying System including Laying, Fixing & Fitting of G.I. Pipe Lines complete with Elbows, Tees, Sockets, Flanges, Bends, Fire Nozzles of Required sizes, Q.B. Detector Assembly with Quartzoid Bulbs, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches, Deluge Valve etc. after due Cutting, Extending of Pipe Lines, Providing of Gaskets / Packing of Required sizes including Installation of 80 mm dia. G.I. Pipe Supports by due Construction of RCC Foundation with Grouting of Foundation Bolts, Providing & Fixing of Round Clamps on Support Pipes alongwith 2 Coats Painting of Water Pipe Lines in P.O. Red Colour, Air Pipe Lines in Sky Blue Colour, Pipe Supports in Black Colour and Earthing Strips in Bus Green Colour Synthetic Enamel Paint after applying of 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Laying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Dismantled / Old G.I. (2) Providing, Laying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of new G.I. Pipe with Elbows, Tees, Sockets, Flanges, Bends as per Details below : (a) 150 mm dia. Pipe Line

(c) 80 mm dia. Pipe Line

(d) 65 mm dia. Pipe Line

(e) 50 mm dia. Pipe Line

(f) 25 mm dia. Pipe Line

(3) Providing & Installation of new High Velocity Fire Nozzle with Discharge 80 Lit. / min. & Cone Angle 600 to 1200.

(4) Providing & Installation of new Q.B. Detector Assembly with Quartzoid Bulb (Rating 3.5 to 5.0 Kg/cm2 with Yellow Liquid Filled Inside).

(5) Replacement of Damaged Pressure Gauge by new One.

(6) Replacement of Damaged Pressure Switch by new One.

(7) Replacement of Damaged Sluice Value by new One.

(8) Replacement of Damaged 150 NB Strainer by new One.

(9) Construction of RCC Foundation with Grouting of 4 No. Foundation Eye Bolts with Cement, Sand, Stone Ballast Mixture in the Ratio of 1:3:6 for Installation & Fixing of 80 mm dia. G.I. Pipe Support with Base Plate.

(10) Fabrication & Installation of Shade for Deluge Valve duly made of M.S. Angle Support Frame Structure with P.V.C. Roof and Required Concreting, Grouting, Painting etc.
