CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWER MDTW SCHEME AT VILLAGE UPORTOLA PT-III AND KATHALMURI (PATPARA) UNDER RIDF-XXIX (NABARD) FOR THE YEAR 2023-24

1. Final Survey,

Item_No.1.01 : Carrying out block contour survey of the commanded area covering stream, dong, channel, road etc. and the whole area considering square block system and spot system and spot levels are to be within 30 M x 30 M for preparation of contour including clearing light jungles, chaining, pegging holding staff, umbrella and compass lining etc. where required, complete as directed.

Item_No.1.02 : Supplying wooden peg of different sizes including pointing one end etc, complete as directed. (iii) size: 5.0 cm x 5.0 cm x 60 cm.

Item_No.1.03 : Supplying wooden hammer of size 15 cm x 10 cm with 45 cm long & 5 cm wodden handle etc, complete as directed.

2. Construction of Approach Road,

Item_No.2.01 : Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 15 cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10 mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M, complete as directed. (A) With ordinary Soil.

Item_No.2.02 : Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13 mm to 38 mm) from approved quarry including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site upto a height of 1.00m including payment of forest royality etc.

Item_No.2.03 : Labour charges for spreading hard river shingles / sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway etc. including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials lead upto 30 M and lift 1.50 M, complete as directed.

3. Boring and Installation of Tube Well,

Item_No.3.01 : Movement of Drilling Rig, Tools & Plants, Accessories including Drill Pipes, Casing Pipes, etc. to drilling site and back.

Item_No.3.02 : Boring and repeated boring with required size of drill bits of DTW of bore hole up to 450 mm dia and up to a depth of 70 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required Tools & Plants, materials & Labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas (means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS: 2800 (part-I) of 1991. ( Soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also includes movement of Rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000 M.)

Item_No.3.03 : Supply, Lowering & Installation in tube-well 200 mm PVC housing pipe/ Blind pipe of wall thickness of 10 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, Bail Plug, sockets , reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast/ Jindal/ Prince, etc. and as directed. (Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation).

Item_No.3.04 : Supply, Lowering & Installation in tube-well 200 mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 10 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets , reducer, etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M/ 2.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast/ Jindal/ Prince, etc. and as directed. (Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation).

Item_No.3.05 : Shrouding of the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm , free from sand/ dust and any other foreign materials after screening/ stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour, etc. in complete as directed. (Work to be carried out as per IS: 4097 : 2008).

Item_No.3.06 : Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8 – 12 kg/cm2 and CFM = 450 M3/Min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho log / draw down data, etc. as per IS:11185 of 1999. (For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra as per [4.1]. The following data should be reflected in the report of development : 1. Static water level. 2. Drawdown at various discharge and 3. Available average discharge.

Item_No.3.07 : Supply, Fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation, need for water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10, part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strictly conform to IS: 14846 – 2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed/ as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing materials and painting in complete as directed. (i) 100 mm Dia.

Item_No.3.08 : Supply, Fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type, with by pass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table- D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I) – 2004 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed/ as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. (i) 100 mm dia.

Item_No.3.09 : Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 80/100 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes ( HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Item_No.3.10 : Fitting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 80/100 mm dia x 45° / 90° / 120° with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing & specification as directed.

Item_No.3.11 : Supply of GI equal Tee of 80/100 mm dia complete as directed.

Item_No.3.12 : Fitting, fixing of GI equal Tee of 80/100 mm dia complete as directed.

Item_No.3.13 : Supply, fitting-fixing of Surge Tank of size 900 mm dia x 1250 mm long made of 4 mm MS plate with Raiser assembly of size 75 mm dia x 6.0 M long and S-bend of size 200 mm x 1600 mmL made of 4 mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer followed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified CC foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.

4. Installation and Commissioning Solar PV Modules including Mounting Structures,

Item_No.4.01: Supply & Installation of Solar Pumping System: (a) Solar Submersible Standalone Pump set with 7.5 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 200 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx 1400 LPM at 10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-20 Mtr and Shut off head 30 M) working at 8000 Wp of solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of G.I. Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 1 (one) no.enlarger/ reducer as required 20(twenty) mtr. column pipe of uPVC/ HDPE of working pressure of minimum 8kgf, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS. (b) Supply, fitting-fixing and testing & commissioning of Solar PV modules conforming to IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame of 8000 Wp (approx.) considering 7.15 kWh/ M2/ Day of solar insolation under standard test condition on horizontal surface with tolerance (+/-) 15% and hot dipped galvanized (minm 80 micron thickness) mounting mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes of dia 150 mm (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr including RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load), Controller conform to IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068 – 2- (2, 14, 30, 78) ( The series and parallel combination of Solar Modules to be done in such a way that Jalverter/ Controller input voltage requirement is met i.e. System Vmp> 587 V & System Voc< 800 V) and necessary connection cables, pipes to the water trough and other accessories, etc. complete in all respect as directed (Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision. SPV panel should be of reputed make and carry at least 20 years warrenty & comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should installed preferably above HFL) (c ) Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. (d) Lightning protection (Arrestor)(pole mounted)(: Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 4 mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc including supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the /Roof with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart. NB :- 1. Solar Pump set should be of reputed make and carry 5 years warranty/ guarantee 2. Flow Range : 90 L per Wp of PV array from TDH of 10 M 3. Controller DC Input Voltage: (i) System Vmp> 587 V & (ii) System Voc< 800 V 4. Controller Conforming to : IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068–2-(2,14,30,78). 5. The system should carry anti-theft mechanism. (Rate As per MNRE Circular No. 32/24/2020-SPV Division, dt-26/10/2021 including cost of remote monitoring & USPC). This benchmark cost are for the systems installed as per MNRE specifications inclusive of the total cost of system and its installation, commissioning, transportation, insurance, warranty/ guarantee, monitoring & maintenance for five years.

5. Construction of Rest Room,

Item_No.5.01 : Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation, dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water, where necessary, in ordinary soil.

Item_No.5.02 : CC work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item_No.5.03 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc, including racking out joints and curing etc, complete as directed. (i) in proportion 1:4.

Item_No.5.04 : Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Item_No.5.05 : River sand filling in plinth, canal bed, canal slopes, bases of structure, etc in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, watering etc, complete as directed as specified.

Item_No.5.06 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying, complete as directed.

Item_No.5.07 : Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works, complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered). (C) Shuttering (Column) :

Item_No.5.08 : CC work in proportion 1:2:4 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item_No.5.09 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc, including racking out joints and curing etc, complete as directed. (i) in proportion 1:4.

Item_No.5.10 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing, complete as directed. (ii) In proportion 1:4.

Item_No.5.11 : Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Item_No.5.12 : Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (12.1.3) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m².

Item_No.5.13 : Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment). (10.11.1) Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Item_No.5.14 : Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. (13.42.1) Two or more coats on new work.

Item_No.5.15 : Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item_No.5.16 : 62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

6. Construction of Underground PVC Distribution System,

Item_No.6.01 : Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mentioned in the approved drawing and complete as directed and specified.

Item_No.6.021 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC pipes (IS 12818, 6 kg/cm2 ), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc, complete as directed. (Cost of E/W leakages etc, complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately). (ii) For 160 mm dia.

Item_No.6.022 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC pipes (IS 12818, 6 kg/cm2 ), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc, complete as directed. (Cost of E/W leakages etc, complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately). (i) For 110 mm dia.

Item_No.6.03 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC unequal tee joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc, complete as directed. (iii) Size : 160 mm x 160 mm x 110 mm.

Item_No.6.04 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC reducer joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc, complete as directed. (i) Size : 160 mm x 110 mm.

Item_No.6.05 : Supplying, fitting, fixing, joining of PVC end cap fitting with solvent cement as per specification including local carriage, testing leakage etc, complete as directed. (i) For 110 mm dia.

Item_No.6.06 : Supplying, fitting, fixing 110 mm dia NTP valve at the top of PVC rising pipe of spout chamber as per specification including local carriage, complete as directed.

7. Construction of Spout Chamber,

Item_No.7.01 : Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mentioned in the approved drawing and complete as directed and specified. (A) In ordinary soil.

Item_No.7.02 : CC work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item_No.7.03 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc, including racking out joints and curing etc, complete as directed. (i) in proportion 1:4.

Item_No.7.04 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing, complete as directed. (ii) In proportion 1:4.

Item_No.7.05 : Supplying, fitting, fixing 110 mm dia PVC rising pipe from the toe of main line including local carriage testing leakage etc, complete as directed.

Item_No.7.06 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC bend pipe size joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc, complete as directed.

Item_No.7.07 : Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC pipes (IS 12818, 6 kg/cm2 ), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc, complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately). (i) For 110 mm dia.

8. Construction of Boundary Wall,

Item_No.8.01 : Earthwork in excavation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of columns, steps and septic tank including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of works, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, ramming, watering etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lift upto 2 metre as directed and specified in following classification of soils, including bailing out of water where necessary upto depth below the existing ground level as mentioned in the approved drawing and complete as directed and specified. (A) In ordinary soil.

Item_No.8.02 : Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Item_No.8.03 : CC work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone aggregate timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item_No.8.04 : RCC work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 with hard river shingles of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing etc. with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Item_No.8.051 : Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works, complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered). (C) Shuttering (Column).

Item_No.8.052 : Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works, complete as directed. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered). (B)(i) Shuttering (Beam) without Prop.

Item_No.8.06 : 1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc, including racking out joints and curing etc, complete as directed. (i) in proportion 1:4.

Item_No.8.07 : 12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing, complete as directed. (ii) In proportion 1:4.

Item_No.8.08 : Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying, complete as directed.

Item_No.8.09 : Chain link fabric fencing mesh of size 50x50mm made of GI wire of dia 4mm.

Item_No.8.10 : Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (10.25.2) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Item_No.9.01 : Supply of sign board made of 1.60 mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75 m fixed with 2 Nos. 50 mm dia GI (Medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60 m below groaund fitted with C.C work in proportions 1:3:6 and size 0.45 m x 0.45 m x 0.60 m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.
