PRR(Plain)(SDS)

Name of the work:-Upgradation of the road from R & B Road to Pulagurtha in Anaparthi Mandal, Est.Rs.35.00 Lakhs, PRR (Plain)(SDS) Funds Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50 mm and spreading scarified material in uniform layers with Tractor grader and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. MORD etc., complete.

Earthwork Excavation and depositing the soil on the banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in loamy and clayey soils as per SS20B including shoring , shrutting , sheeting , planking and dewatering cost of hire charges of T&P labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work (APDSS No.308)

Plain vibrated Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 20 mm to 12 mm size Graded hard stone aggregate mechanically mixed including cost and conveyance of all materials inclusve of centering ,laying, vibrating and curing and machine mixing charges for KEY WALL etc., complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2200 MORTH

Supplying HYSD bar reinforcement in slab over drain etc.,complete including all labour charges

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Construction of un-reinforced, jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, using M30 nominal mix , thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M30(Grade), coarse and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints using Mastic pad/ primer, construction joint, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22 including seignorage charges.(with dowel bars) including Cement,Sand,Metal As per circular Memo 1073 dated: 25-1-2016 of PS to Govt.

Filling with Selected earth in trenches and foundations from approved source spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface including cost and conveyance of all charges etc complete. For Shoulders.

Providing concrete for Vibrated cement concrete (1:4:8) using grade using 40 mm size Graded hard stone aggregate including cost and conveyance of all materias inclusive of seignorage charges, machine mixing, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete for Side drain Bed Portion as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

RCC vibrated Cement Concrete M20 using 20 mm to 12 mm size Graded hard stone aggregate mechanically mixed including cost and conveyance of all materials inclusve of centering ,laying, vibrating and curing and machine mixing charges for RAFT etc., complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2200 MORTH

RCC vibrated Cement Concrete M20 using 20 mm to 12 mm size Graded hard stone aggregate mechanically mixed including cost and conveyance of all materials inclusve of centering ,laying, vibrating and curing and machine mixing charges for Retaining Wall etc., complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2200 MORTH
