M&L for De-scaling of radiator by dismantling the upper & lower tank and cleaning the core pipes with cleaning chemicals, components and arrest the leaking core by brazing/ dummy with lead including cleaning of upper and lower tanks and replacing the upper and lower gaskets and required nuts, bolts, refixing the same including testing and painting complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:-

M&L for Maintenance and servicing of alternator of any make of any capacity by opening the end cover, cleaning the dust and rust formed over the terminals, cleaning with CTC liquid up to the satisfaction and checking of diodes , excitation winding, isolating transformer and AVR panel and applying Dr. beck paint for insulation improvement over the strips/ winding and drying till getting sasfactory insulation resistance complete, and refixing the covers and testing complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity of alternators:-

Dismantling the radiator of 40 KVA to 100KVA DG Set and M&L for repairs to radiator by removing the damaged pipe of radiator inlet and pipe for thermostat outlet to radiator inlet and other lube oil, air connections for the Kirloskar/Cummins engine and refixing the new pipes including replacing demaged steel support bracket and tinkering to radiator core,replacing radiator hoses and refixing the radiator in its original position after painting including testing all as directed

M &L for detecting the leakages from the main fuel injection pumping system of Diesel Engine of any make connected with 40 KVA to 100 KVA KVA DG Set by replacing necessary packing /pipe on engine manifolds, filter housing etc complete all as directed

Supply and replace single core 16 sq mm copper cable complete all as directed.

Supply and replace single core 25 sq mm copper cable complete all as directed.

Material and labour for checking fire fighting Jockey pump control wiring and attending and repairing of Fire fighting LT panel board of any size and type by tightening, cable lugs, bus bars, MCBs, MCCBs and replacement of minor parts like small pieces of copper cables of any size and type, Cutting of aluminium cable of any size, refixing the same with aluminium lugs, cleaning of LT panel inside with Carbon tetra chloride solution, checking loose connections of any type and making functional of LT panels of fire fighting installations at any location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge round the clock.

Supply, laying in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts, XLPE insulated PVC FRLS, screened , PVC bedded and PVC tape sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 2.0 core 10 sqmm size including taking out old un-serviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' bricks of old size (23x11x7cm) laid along aligment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and spreading clean dry sand for cable cushioning in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.
