Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “ Integrated Area Scan Based UVSS” of Professional Series with Main camera of minimum resolution of colour 1600 x 1200 Pixels or higher, having ability to scan even at a maximum vehicular speed of 20-30kmph, along with “ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system along with Driver Imaging” using colour area CCD/CMOS based License plate/ Driver image capturing cameras of Minimum 3 Mega Pixel and poles for mounting cameras along with respective Modules with all accessories including Windows based PC with 7TB Hard disc (min), i7-Processor, Suitable Graphic card & 16GB RAM,22 inch monitor, Online UPS including battery for entire system for 30 minutes backup power, Genuine OEM Software and seamless data integration/sharing with existing servers for remote monitoring, in complete for Hassle-free operation as per technical specification ,for 10.5m and 07.5 wide road.

The system shall consist of spikes at an angle of 60 to 90 deg., made up of tampered steel along with all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector, Self priming sump pump for draining water, “230V-50Hz control and logic circuit” in a weather proof enclosure with provision for integrating with external Access control system like loop detectors, crash pads etc. if any, with an Axle load bearing capacity of Road/Base plate of 20 tons etc. complete as per site requirement and meeting the technical specifications and work specifications complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

UVSS & ANPR – 1 set 2. Boom barriers – 4 sets 3. Spike barrier / tyre killer – 2 sets 4. Hydraulically retractable bollards – 2 sets 5. Sump pumps for Spike barrier / tyre killer and Hydraulically retractable bollards The quoted rates should include necessary power and control cables, cable glands, end terminations required to complete the electrical installation as per OEM specifications or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Power and control panel for 07.5 mtrs Operational gate approach road, with suitable Incoming and separate Out-going switchgears for the following: 1. UVSS & ANPR – 1 set 2. Boom barriers – 1 sets 3. Spike barrier / tyre killer – 1 sets 4. Hydraulically retractable bollards – 1 sets 5. Sliding gate – 1 set 6. Sump pumps for Spike barrier / tyre killer and Hydraulically retractable bollards The quoted rates should include necessary power and control cables, cable glands, end terminations required to complete the electrical installation as per OEM specifications or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Execution of civil works for installation “Electro- Hydraulic tyre killer /Spike Barrier ” for up-to 10.5m and 07.5m wide road including demolishing cement concrete road of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (I / c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means, cutting of road by machine for suitable width and depth, disposal of material within 50 meters lead, repair and making good the same after installation of tyre killer by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete as per technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “Maintenance Free Earthing system” comprising of 17.2 mm dia. 3 mtr long Earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper bonding & Carbon based Eco safe environment friendly backfill compound 50 pounds and suitable clamp of 17.2mm. tin coated brass clamp on both sides. The Earth pit should be covered with polyethylene weather proof chamber etc. as required & approved by the Engineer In charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following GI - Strips/wire for interconnecting the earthing stations, panels, DBs etc. of the following sizes in built up trenches /surface/wall/ground complete with holes & fixing, jointing / terminating accessories as per specifications & drawing as required. (Quantity shall be paid as per the actual measurement as executed, however direct measurement shall not exceed the quantity indicated in drawing approved)

25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

8 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Routine checks and preventive maintenance during DLP period including cost of tools & test equipments, consummables like cleaning materials etc but excluding cost of spares and accessories required to service faulty system, for keeping the system and its accessories in healthy and serviceable condition etc. as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge in respect of the following system.
