Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve chambers of internal dimensions 1 mtrs x 1mtr x 1.2mtr (bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface valve flange to provide sufficent working space ), bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15cms thick with 20mm stone aggregate, inner and outer exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plstered in CM (1:4) 15mm thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. The vertices of the pit should be in right angle and champered. The top cover of the chamber will be made out of MS sheet min 5mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with galvanised steel hinges two nos and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetick enamelled paint over on coat of red oxide.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Microprecessor based multi-loop, true peer-to-peer Networkable addressable fire alarm control panel with minimum 600 characters LCD display. 4000 events plus 1000 alarm log history events, QWERTY keypad for programming. The panel should be equipped with 6 numbers of loops considering 20% spare capacity in each loop. Each loop shall have a capacity of minimum 300 analog addressable devices with option for group device polling for faster responses. The panel shall work in degrade mode in case of CPU failure.
