Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old treated wall surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of wall washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and trading oil and greasy spots old treated plastered surfaces of walls & applying 2 coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated wall surfaces (plastered or unplastered) & applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any discription over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, first quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with Grade 'C' solid block, exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed blocks, kerb stones, etc., including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for 50 mm thick, as in sub base, Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8), type D1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, surcaes finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for Coloured PCC chequered tiles of size 30cmx30cmx 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement & pigment etc and Screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, sand / stone dust cushioning, as in cushiong to interlocking paver blocks,, watering and consolidating, complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour, for machine presssd pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paving block of any shape and size, grey cement and pigments, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, vibro compacted, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down serviceable interlocking tiles of any size, shape and pattern, setting aside and relaying after carrying repairs to sub-base / base layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Preparation of new plastered surface and applying two Coats of cement base paint on Walls over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of concrete / plastered surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth; and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of old concrete / plastered surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth; and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for the existing concrete surface, cement tiles and paver blocks are free of dust, grease, wax, loose paint and other contaminants with help of scrubbing brush and soap powder solution if the surface has algae or fungus, apply tru care bioblock and let it dry for at least 4-6 hours before painting and applying two coats of floor paint emulsion complete all as specified and applied as per manufacturer's instructions. Make: Asian Paint (Brand- Apex floor guard) or techno commercial equivalent in Berger / Nippon / Nerolac / Johnson & Necolson Paints
