Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. -All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying dry flat brick flooring in required pattern complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level: -1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor five level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform with 12 mm thick shuttering ply

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:-In stringers, treads, landing etc. of stair cases including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete.

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/ stone masonary, plain/reinforced convrete abutment, wing wall , returen wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe or UPVC pipe (110 mm OD of 6.0 kg/cm2 pressure) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as drawing and MoRT&H techical specification clauses 2706,2200.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- -All work upto plinth level- 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cleaning and excavation of slush/liquid soil, silt etc.from the existing drain deb in/cl required lift and lead directly up to Hapania dumping ground or any other suitable place by mechanical meance as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering all works upto plinth levelt with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
