M&L for dismantling 3 phase electric motor of non clog submersible sewage pump set, removing burnt out winding wire from stator slots, cleaning, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with proper insulation,varnishing and heating and re-assembling the same and testing complete of following capacity:-

M&L for dismantling of nonclog submersible sewage pumpset, removing the blockages inside of pump and cleaning of impeller and delivery mouth / line etc and assembling the same and testing complete of following capacity :-

M&L for scrapping existing old paint, preparation of sheet metal enclosure (LT Panel boards) , sewage pipe lines of different sizes, MS walk way support bridge, hand rails etc. with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of induction motor of 15 HP pump set, disconnection of electric cable from the terminal box of motor, decoupling the motor from the pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop. Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fibre strip/insulating materials and worn out ball bearing-2 set. Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials /fibre strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fibre glass coated wire . Remetaling the shaft by lathe work and welding work for correct alignment for fixing of bearing . Replacement of ball bearing -2 set. Assembling the motor and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer including removal of existing paint. Replacing the burnt out gland rope,studs,nuts, bolts,washers rubber gasket,metal filling,turning/grinding and balancing the shaft etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair of induction motor of 12.5 HP pump set, disconnection of electric cable from the terminal box of motor, decoupling the motor from the pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop. Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fibre strip/insulating materials and worn out ball bearing-2 set. Material and labour for repairing of valve chamber by means of taking down existing plaster and replaster in CM 1:4 15mm thick, 2 coats of white wash and one coat of synthetic enamel painting on steel surface of size 120 x 120x 120 cm inner dimension complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scrapping existing old paint, preparation and painting the compressor with electric mortor 40 HP capacity with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair single phase preventor 415Volts 50Hz including taking down of old material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting of electrical connection and dismantling of 3 HP induction motor from secondary clarifier mechanism, removing worn out winding wire from stator slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge with proper insulation replacement of front and rear bearing, shaft protection sleeves,o rings ,gasket, mechanical seal and impeller assembling and reconnecting of electrical connection the same as existing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of flat submersible 1100 Volts grade, 3 core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable of 6 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnection of electric connection, decoupling the 40 HP elelctric motor of twin lob positive display rotary compressor from its position removing worn out winding wire from stator slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge with proper insulation assembling and coupling replacement of shaft protection sleeves,ball bearings,mechanical seal the same reconnection of electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the raw sewage RCC sump of size 7.15mx3.5mx 5.5m once in 11 months.The cleaning includes the following:- a)Dewatering the sump with portable submersible pump. b)Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a special sludge removal pump. c) Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum Cleaner. d)Spraying of Non-toxic, bio-degradable, eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens.

All as per item no 16 above but sump size 7.15mx7.15mx6m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage well No -21 of size 3.5mx2.5mx10m once in 11 months of capacity 87500 ltrs.The cleaning includes the following:- a)Dewatering the well with portable submersible pump. b)Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a special sludge removal pump. c) Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum Cleaner. d)Spraying of Non-toxic, bio-degradable, eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens.

Supply and fix in repair in replacement of 80 mm bore sluice valve with brass spindle, nuts with brass ring, flanged type of class PN 1.6 with all accessories to IS specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair in replacement of 100 mm bore sluice valve with brass spindle, nuts with brass ring ,flanged type of class PN 1.6 with all accessories to IS specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing of filth/sludge and cleaning of aeration tank of size 25mx12.5mx4.5mdepth, of capacity of water 14 Laks ltrs of STP either manually or using infrastructure as the case may be. The filth/sludge is expected to be around one feet thickness at bottom of the tank. Dumping of filth/sludge which was removed from aeration tank by using their own vehicle/manpower at designated place /dump yard with proper approach and in consultation with Engr-in-charge so that the vehicle carrying filth/sludge can reach easily. Notes:- (a) The filth/sludge will be lifted from tank and loaded and unloaded in their own vehicle by using their own tools and machineries and will be unloaded at the designated place properly. (b) After removing of flith/sludge and cleaning of above aeration tank the same will be provided duly drained of water. (c) Rates for all equipment ,manpower,vehicle and safety equipments required to complete the job is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (d) Any damage done to the structure of piping or any equipment contractor will be sole responsible to replace the same with identical. (e) Work will not be permitted to commence without safety gears and equipment to the workers for where Engr-in-charge will give go ahead to commence the work.

Comprehensive maintenance including repairs,replacing spare parts and calibration to following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge:- Multiparameter analyser(PH/COD/BOD/TSS) – 1 no. Chlorine analyser – 1 no. Electromagnetic flow meter with digital display device (Outlet) – 1 no. Open channel flowmeters(Inlet) with digital display device – 2 nos. Level Radar transmitters(Grit chamber) – 2 nos. DO meters with digital display device(aeriation tank)– 2 nos. Notes:- 1.Calibration to be done by authorised manufacturer only. Calibration certificate to be provided by the service engineer on the manufacturer company letter pad. 2. Repairs and replacement of all spare parts are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for the entire contract period for proper functioning of the equipment. 3. Attending to faults in instruments /systems within time. 4 Sufficient quantity of Sulphuric acid and DM water to be maintained for proper operation of Multi Parameter Analyser.

Repair and maintenance to filter press machine (for sludge dewatering ) of capacity 25m3/hr installed at STP - 01 nos for separating the solid sludge and water by pressing with hydraulic motors of capacity-1.5HP , shutter open/close operating motor-1HP with connected gear box, filter beds with membranes and pneumatic operated double diaphragm sludge feed pumps with pneumatic control panel and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- 1. Repair/Replacement of bearing , removal of blockages, rewinding of motors of all capacities are included. 2. Repair/Replacement of spares for sludge holding shutter operating motor-1HP with connected gear box is included. 3. Repair/Replacement of spares for filter beds with membranes-24nos are included. 4. Replacement of gear box lube oil in gear box and other connected equipment - lot is included. 5.Overhauling of pneumatic operated double diapragm sludge feed pumps 3m3/hr at 60mwc-01Nos is included 6.Repair/Replacement of all spares for direct drive with butterfly valve, NRV valve and pressure gauges at outlet of each pump is included in the quoted rate for the entire contract period. 7.Repair/Replacement of all contactors,MCB's,Phase sequence relay,Over load relay, CT's,Push buttons,Indicators of pneumatic operational control panel (for Sludge press machine and connected accessories) are included in the quoted rate for the entire contract period.

M&L for repair/ overhauling/rewinding of stationary silenced belt driven 7.5KW air compressor with integrated refrigeration dryer including the control circuit panel(inbuild) for supplying the compressed air to the sludge sump and filter press machine and pneumatic operated double diagpragm sludge feed pumps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and mix calcium hydrochlorite based granular disinfectant for water treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair/rewinding of electric motor 30 HP Make: Grundfos , Type: CR45-4 B-F-A-E-HQQE (a) Disconnecting the electrical cable from the terminal box of motor and decoupling the motor from the pump , remove the motor from foundation bed and lifting the motor using chain pulley block and transporting to authorised work shop. (b) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fibre strip/insulating materials. (c) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with duel coat super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fibre strip/varnishing and made terminal connection using existing gauge fibre glass coated wire. (d) Assembling the motor as directed by the engr-in-charge. (e) Transporting the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nut washer and spring washer , coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections in motor terminal box testing complete all as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair/replacement of DE & NDE roller bearing of 30 HP Pump set's Induction motor.
