Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to any heights / depths or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering, removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edges of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) layers where required into plinth and side of foundation etcetera, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts, by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and disposed of material to be neatly dressed and leveled as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Stone filling with hard stone of approved quality dry hand packed tightly under floor. as per specifications, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per specifications, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation, footings basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M-20 (M-twenty) design mix to obtained the minimum compressive strength of 20N /mm2 (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 330 kgs (three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre to give an even smooth surface mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete as per specifications, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of TATA/TISCO/SAIL for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to all floor levels with cost of binding wire including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge .The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of lead paint in beams joists channels, angles, tee,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and similar work as per specification, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing prepainted steel sheet roofing of Tata/ Dura shine/Reliance/ Jindal over steel trusses of 0.60 mm thickness (ISI marked Z-120) over steel truss prepainted galvanized steel and hot diffed metallic zinc coat sheet with top coat of regular modified polystar (RMP) organic coating of 20 micron over 5 (FWE) micron and back coating of polystar 5 (fwe) micron over 5 (fwe) micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron jrw hooks, bolts , nuts 6 mm (six millimetre) dia with prepained limpat and rubber washers complete with all accessories as per specifications, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimetres) over all with 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six zero millimeters) thick pre-painted Tata / Shakti sheet steel ( Factory made) shall be having proper Gola / shape with hot dipped metallic Zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyester of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with pre-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimeters) diameters with pre-painted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Half brick masonry using second class common brunt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level to floor all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement is to four sand) as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

First class brick flooring laid dry and grouted with cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the joints flush 10cm (ten centimetre) thick using conventional brick (one cement is to four sand)as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level to floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement is to six sand) as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

15 mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concretes/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor levels including arises, internal angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement is to six sand) as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
