Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

G.I strips 4mm thickness of suitable length and having suitable size tapped hole -10 nos. as required. Supplying and fixing of 63 Ampers termination block suitable for 25 Sq mm conductor 4 nos. & shorting links -5 nos. on DIN channel including providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length - 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. Supplying and fixing 6 Amp SPMCB 'C' Characteristics Curve - 1 no, Earth stud 2 nos. welded at suitable height, two nos. washers, spring washers & nuts. Cable support clamp suitable for 4x25sqmm cable.

Providing foundation for 8 m height octagonal pole by laying in position M-20 (1:2:4) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm (L) x 600 mm (W) and 1500 mm (D) i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement TMT bars of 12 mm dia -1600 mm long (approx.)-8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8 mm dia - 2550 mm (approx.) - 10 nos.(with 150 mm spacing) as required with supplying and positioning of foundation bolts and providing 2 m length 63 mm (O.D.) Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MV compartmentalized type outdoor type cubicle feeder pillar panel, double door, 300 mm depth, 500 Amps rated aluminium busbar, free standing fabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet steel, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 V, 4 wire AC supply system, having suitable cable entry arrangement with detachable gland plates, duly powder coated, interconnection with suitable size aluminium strips / bars connections, earthing labelling, quarter turn knobs, etc. with cable chamber, busbar chamber conforming to section-4 of CPWD specification for Electrical works part IV Substation 2007 etc., complete with necessary mounting arrangement for fixing on floor / wall as required. Fabrication, supplying and fixing MS mesh protection enclosure for electrical streetlight panels, fixed with suitable foundation, having openable entry door made out of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick angle iron the frame work shall be welded and sturdy construction made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron . The entire frame work shall be covered of size 75mm x 25mm with 8 SWG M.S. welded wire mess pressed with 35 mmx5mm thick flats from all sides. the entire unit shall have suitable locking arrangement with godown locking to openabale portion, grouting the same on 0.5 mtr long legs made of 50mmx50mm x6 mm angle iron in cement concrete foundation i/c painting the structure with two coat of superior quality enamel paint of approved shade and one coat of anticorrosive paint complete as reqd.
