FILLING UP WATER BODIES (16 TANKS) OF JAVANAGONDANAHALLI HOBLI AND GAYATHRI RESERVOIR FOR DRINKING WATER PURPOSE AND GROUND WATER DEVELOPMENT IN HIRIYUR TALUK OF CHITRADURGA DISTRICT including Detailed Investigation & Conducting Survey, Design and Construction of Civil Works such as Intake arrangement, Jack well cum Pump house, Watchman room, approach road, chain link fencing & gate for Pump house yard and Design, supply and installation of Electro Mechanical components such as required capacity of Pumps and Motors, installation of 66 KV Switch Yard, 66/6.6 KV Terminal Bay, 66KV Transmission line and Design, supply and laying of MS/HDPE Rising main Pipeline and Pressure Distribution Network canal crossing, road crossing, railway crossing / high way crossing by pipe jacking/horizontal drilling method, road restoration, utility shifting, Surge analysis, Tanks improvement works & Facilitating for land acquisition, Crop compensation, obtaining permissions from concerned Departments and other statutory clearance from the competent authorities for the successful running of Tank filling scheme for Filling of Water to the designated Tanks, & other allied components including operation & maintenance for a period of Five years after successfully commissioning of the scheme on Turnkey basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of Kppp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end. EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Conditional tender will not be considered and will be liable for Rejection.

The employer reserves the right to accept any tender and to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.

The contractor has to compete the bid (quote the rates) for all schedule B items of the works mentioned. Sub-Leasing/G.P.A of Work is prohibited.Tender application amount will not be refundable.

The Contractor shall pay the Earnest Money Deposit EMD & Tender Transaction fee in the Kppp portal using any of the following payment modes Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, Remittance at the bank counter, NEFT/RTGS.

The tenderer shall scan and upload all the original documents required for this bid to the Kppp portal. The uploaded documents should be clear (Visible), unclear documents will be rejected. The original documents shall be produced at the time of physical verification.

One percent of the bill amount of the successful tenderer will be deducted towards cess as a labor welfare fund.

Original documents should be produced for verification at any stage of the Tender process, as and when sought for. Failure to produce original documents will lead to disqualification. Work done certificates should have all the CR no, work order issuing date, work completion date and year. All documents to be furnished are to be counter signed by the employer in charge, not below the rank of an executive in-charge or equivalent.

The contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of all materials required for the work. There is no departmental supply of materials. There is no departmental supply of materials. Contractor should procure only ISI mark materials and submit necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authority, before execution. Transportation charges from the site of work to Q.C. Lab of all the samples collected for testing should borne by the contractor himself.

Price adjustment clause will not be applicable as per prevailing government order and only star rates are applicable. The intending bidder firm/ company are advised to visit the work site before submission of tenders.

Omission and typographical errors which are in the opinion of the executive Engineer will not be a ground for claims of extra payment.

IT, GST and others taxes will be deducted as per the prevailing Government Order. GST & EPF registration certificate from competent authority.

The tender is invited as per Standard tender Bid Document KW-4 and shall abide for the conditions contained in Standard tender Bid Document KW-4.

Executive engineer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to cancel the tender process and reject all tenders at any time prior to award of contract, without there by incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer or tenderers of the grounds for the employers action.

The contractor must upload existing commitment of the ongoing works in hand for the calculation of tender capacity. Tenderers shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in section 3.

Item for which 0.00 rates entered will not be paid for by the employer when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates & prices in the bill of quantities.

The Defects Liability Period is 365 Days after the completion of work.

The contractor should obtain the Material Dispatch Permit for stone, aggregates, sand and Murom etc will be used in the construction work from the Mines and Geology department at the time of execution and same should be submitted along with the work bill, then for such work bills no Royalty will be deducted. If the contractor failed to submit the Material Dispatch Permit along with the work bill Five times Royalty will be deducted from the work bill as per KMMCR 2016 amendment rule 44(4) and the circular vide No.Ga.Bhu.E/DCB/DCB/2024-25/20064 Dated: 28-01-2025 by Mines and Geology department.

The Rate of Concrete Items are Inclusive of Formwork, Shuttering, Scaffolding and Centering Works

3.2.C.1 Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of MS pipes with Polyurethane/epoxy Coating inside and outer guniting with CM 1:3 mortar for Rising main / Pressure main for a length covering the of minimum outer Dia of 900 mm for a total Length of 19.15 Km in a single year during last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) .the work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division

3.2.C.2.Supplying, laying and testing and commissioning of HDPE pipes for Rising Main and Pressure Main of minimum outer Dia of 315mm for a total Length of 8.36 Km in a single year during last five years (2021-22 to 2025-26) the work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division.
