Pumping out sewage water, accumulated night soil, sludge's, (both solid and liquid) and other obstructive material into dump tank and removing to outside of Defence land immediately for disposal, re-fixing the cover after complete cleaning, all as specified and directed. Note: - 1. After removal the sludge, the septic tank, soak well, manholes to cleaned with throughly with water. 2, Proper hygenic perecationed shall be maintained.
