Dry sweeping of all the floors, staircase, entrances, covered corridoors, elevators etc., with soft brooms including collection of debries, dust and waste paper etc., and disposing it at suitable locations as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts cost of all tools and tackles, materials, labour etc., required for complete works as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge (1JOB=100sqm per sweep)

Dry sweeping of all the terrace etc., with soft brooms including collection of debries, dust and waste paper etc., and disposing it at suitable locations as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts cost of all tools and tackles, materials, labour etc., required for complete works as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge (1JOB=100sqm per sweep)

Moping/Wet sweeping for all the floors, entrances, staircases, corridoors etc., with phenly water (Aromatic) (by using phenyl of approved quality like product of Bengal Chemical Ltd. As per instructions of Engineer-in-charge), with cotton threaded mopper of approved quality including cost of all materials, tools, tackles, labour etc., complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge Once in a Day (1JOB=100sqm per sweep)

Dry sweeping for road porch, ducts and open area in campus as directed by Engineer-in-charge including all leads, cost of all tools and tackles, materials, labour etc., required for complete works as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (1JOB=100sqm per sweep)

Washing/Cleaning of floors, dado skirting including dado skirting of kitchens & toilets having height more than 30 cm. by approved washing powder/soap and following drying with clean cloth and removing waste materials from dust bins & disposal at specified location decided of Engineer-in-charge i/c cleaning of all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc., complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge for General Kitchens (Pantry)

Cleaning/removal of cobwebs only from each and every rooms, walls of block including toilets, kitchens, terrance, entrances, staircases, corridoors, elevators, shaft etc., from inside & outside complete at all floors at various elevations as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge for Administrative Building, BNC (GF+FF+SF=1 No.)

Cleaning including dry sweeping, dusting and cleaing of doors, window & toilets etc. of quater No. D-6 and E-2 of Chambal Colony Bhopal as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Dusting both sides of doors and windows i/c shutters, glass panels grills etc., i/c all materials, tools and tackles, labour etc., complete as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Area of one side of the opening only be considered for payment) (1JOB=100sqm)

Cleaning of glass panels of windows (either side with cleaning chemical, colin including all materials, labour tools and tackles complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Net exposed surface area of the glass panels on either side shall only be considered for measurement and payment) (1JOB=100sqm)

Disinfection of toilets sinks, kichen sinks, wash basin, sanitary fixtures in kitchens and toilets with harpic or other equivalent sanitary cleaner including cost of all materials, labours, tools and tackles as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge for Kitchen Sink

Providing Air freshner cake (50 gms.) each of approved make in toilets as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Napthalins balls in urinal pots/wash basins of toilets in sufficient quantity as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Minimum 5 Balls are to be kept every time)

Cleaning of O.H.T. provided over roof of Building i/c removing of silt etc., using cleaning powder & coir brush etc., and flushing with clean water complete including all labour, tools and tackles all as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge (Use of teak broom is strictly prohibited.)

Labour only for plumbing work which i/c change of damaged fitting, fixtures etc., as per requirement (Immediately on call)

Cleaning of chocked sewer line manhole chambers, gully/floor traps, waist coupling etc. for all buildings of EHT wing in BNC, Chambal and Chandbad Colonies Bhopal (Immediately on call)

Emergency cleaning work on call of offices as per requirement (Immediately on call) Cleaning,Gardening,pump operation,parking,water cooling system, Conference hall management etc.

Labour only for pump and valve operation for Administrative Complex Building only, which includes valve operation, pump operation installed at Borewell, surface water tank and HDPE tank at Administrative Complex Building and filling the water in HDPE tanks kept at roof top of Building etc., including all labour and safety measures needed for job (1 Month = 1 Job)

Day to day maintenance, safe guarding and watch and ward of garden developed within the campus and outside the campus of Administrative Complex Building, at Govindpura, Bhopal as shown in enclosed drawing shaded with pink colour for a period of 12 months i/c daily irrigation of entire area regular deweeding, grass cutting machanically, showing and planting of hybrid seasonal flower plants (excluding the cost of seasonal plants) regular fumigation, fungycides and antitermite, providing and spreading cowdug manure and other organic manure, proper cutting/shaping of plants as required i/c all T&P, labours, cowdug manure, other organic manure and pesticides etc., but excluding the cost of plants, saplings etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (1 Month work = 1 Job) Note - In case of any Negligence, Deficiency, Lacking or damage is observed by Engineer-in-charge of work in day to day maintenance i.e. Negligence in workmanship of Gardener, Lacking in Providing and Spreading of manure, Deficiency in quantity of manure spreaded and any damage in plant etc. The Engineer-in-charge will have the right to engage Gardener, Providing & spreading of manure and replacement of damaged/dead plant and the expenditure incurred in any of the above activity plus 10% penalty will be recovered from contractors payment.
