Taking out 200mm bore DI pipe of any type, any length including fittings from the trench/ on pillars or in any condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out 150mm bore DI pipe of any type, any length including fittings, control valves from the floor/ on pillars or in any condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out GI pipe 80/ 100mm bore with all fittings and accessories etc, from trenches/ surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out GI pipe 40/ 50mm bore with all fittings and accessories etc, from trenches/ surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out GI Pipe 25/ 20mm bore with all fittings and accessories etc, from trenches/ surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out GI Pipe 15mm bore with all fittings and accessories etc, from trenches/ surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth, for taking out/ laying of DI/ CI/ GI pipes and getting out hard/ dense soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/ gradient for laying pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the pipe etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by mannualy or necessary machine for inserting of water pipe up to 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDPE pipe of 140mm dia, heavy grade, PN 10 working pressure laying in bore hole with fixing flaged end complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & jointing in trenches/ floor etc. in standard length, centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe of 150mm bore, with spigot and socket ends class K-7 conforming to IS 8329/ 2000 or latest revision, ISI marked with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating, including with tyton joints & fittings testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) DI special fittings will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The cost of joint deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Excavation/ earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this schedule.

All as per Item No. 12 above but for 200mm dia DI pipe.

Supply and lay MS ERW pipe 150mm bore as per IS 3589 (1981), duly welded in multiple length, wall thickness not less than 6 mm including special such as double end flanged, bend and nut bolts & washers of suitable size etc. as required on site including applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on outer surface of pipe complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for laying & jointing pipes galvanized 80mm bore 'medium grade' with all fittings complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/ trenches including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 15 above but for 50mm dia GI pipe.

All as per Item No. 15 above but for 40 mm dia GI pipe.

All as per Item No. 15 above but for 25 mm dia GI pipe.

Refixing of old serviceable GI pipe line of 40mm/ 50mm dia and connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for for CI/ DI special fitting of ISI marked such as bend, taper, tee, single branches, Y junction, double junction, connecting piece one end flanged other end socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces, one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth, reducer, etc. with nut & bolt, gasket fitting or any other fittings if required at site complete suitable for upto 250mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of ultra sonic water level monitoring system for mesurement of water in UG sump/ over head tank with following specifications and taking down old u/s one of any type complete all as specified and as directed. Principal:- (i) Ultra sonic sound waves water level sensing O/P pot:- MA - 4 - 20, Voltage - 12/ 24 V DC. (ii) Data transmitting output to SCADA operation.

Supply and testing for stainless steel body submersible pumping set, electric driven, 415 V, 50 Hz capacity having water discharge of 690 LPM at 140 mtr head complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/ taking out old u/s existing motor starter LT panel of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing motor starter LT panel board, factory made, CPRI approved of suitable shape and size for 3 phase, 4 wire, 440 Volts, AC supply, indoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet with using minimum 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame and legs duly finished with using powder coated paint of approved colour all over steel surfaces complete with including PCC work for fixing panel legs, front and back door locking arrangement and aluminium busbar of suitable shape and size for 3 phase not less than 600 Amps and neutral 450 Amps rating with and including the following switchgear & controls wiring:- (a) Incoming:- (i) MCCB 4 pole having breaking capacity of Icu=36 KA with adjustable load setting 200-250 Amps - 01 No. (ii) Manual changeover 4 pole open execution 200 Amps - 01 No. (ii) Multifunction meter 3 phase, 415 Volts, accuracy class 1.0, flush mounting 96 x 96 mm complete including CTs - 01 Nos.
