Demolition of old brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work using sub class “B” bricks (except brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 ( Old size brick) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walling built in CM including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to 10.5m height complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surface of ceiling finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifiied and directed.

Complete removing of existing treatment from wall / ceilling by using machinary complete all as specified and directed. (work to be carried up to a height of 7.50m high)

M&L for Prepration of scrapped surface of wall / ceilling and applying 1 to ½ mm thick Asian acrylic damp proof wall care putty in two coats as per manufactur instruction complete all as specified and directed.
