Construction of twin type single storied D-type staff Quarter for Tahasil office building at Lathikata for the year 2025-26

Earth work excavation in foundation in hard soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rock and builders requiring blasting)with all leads and lifts isncluding dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T & P and dewatering if required for the work etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers including watering and ramming with the cost,conveyances, royalities, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of lall materials with all taxes and royalities and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubbel stone masonary with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth well watered and rammed using hard black hand broken granite stones of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting,circular moulding and similar type of work with necessary projections champering and corbelling with cost,conveyance,royalitis and taxes for all materials and labour required for the work with all T & P etc.complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M25 with clean hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm and down graded size of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete with necessary slope and smoothness to receive tar felting or terracing, watering and curing for four weeks, centring, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth to receive white washing or painting providing grooves or beads and fan hooks as per requirement in ceiling where necessary, cost of water, including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending and binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
