Design, Supply and cartage, laying and jointing of following sizes of MSERW pipes YSt 210 grade pipe conforming to latest BIS code lowering into trenches, jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of electrodes (Adore, L&T or equivalent electrodes) suitable for jointing of water supply lines by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, testing of pipeline including supply of all material and labour T&P etc. complete.

Excavation in soil mixed with single boulders etc. requiring the use of special T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 mtr including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil for site development of sites for CWR.

Design, carrying out safe bearing capacity of soil and construction of R.C.C. semi sunk sump / CWRs of following capacity excluding earth work in cutting for site development including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories alongwith construction of valve chambers, fixing of inlet and outlet pipes, making bye pass arrangement & fixing of lightening conductor & M.S. Manhole, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank and fixing of railing around top dome as per approved design of R.C.C. tank in latest IS codes including acrylic painting (apex or equivalant) and also connection with the existing network alongwith carting of all materials including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Construction of stone masonry sluice valve / reflux valve chamber of size 1.20mx1.20mx1.20m, as per type design with proper locking arrangement including all T & P etc. complete.

Construction of stone masonry chamber 60x60x60 cm, inside in 1:4 cement & sand mortar with MS MH cover on top the chamber with proper locking arrangement for Wheel Valve chamber .

Dismantling of cement concrete road pavement for laying different sizes of pipes, stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of waste materials upto a distance of 50 m including supplyof materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Design and construction of Pump house of size 12.50m x 5.50m x 5.00m in RCC framed structure and brick masonary wall with RCC roof excluding electrification works and foundation of pumps as per approved design and drawings including all materials, labour, T& P etc. complete.

Construction of Duty room with toilet and store of size 3.0m x 2.50m x 2.70m in RCC framed structure and brick masonary wall with RCC roof and septic tank, soak pit, internal water supply, sanitation and electrification works including all materials, labour, T& P etc. complete as per drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. iron gate of size 1.20m x 1.80m weight not less than 100 kg to be fixed between R.C.C. column' s of the boundary wall with locking arrangement and painting etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth within a lead of 50 m & lift up to 1.5 mtr. Disposal earth to be leveled and neatly dressed. Excavation in all kind of soils.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, roping etc. and removal of form work

Foundation Raft and Tie beams

Construction of 1.5m high boundary wall in 23 cm thick brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) with RCC beam tie beam and column @3.00 m c/c including finishing with 1:6 cement plaster and painting as per drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Anchor Block- Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. Work Using Thermo-Mechanically Treated Bars including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, roping etc. and removal of form work for outer walls

Random rubble masonry laid dry with hard stone in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level,1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar with hard stone in breast walls, retaining walls, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete.
