Excavation in trenches for under ground cable n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying common burnt old size sub class B bricks locally availble as in cable protection, laid length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for riddle sand for cushioning to under ground cable in layers ( 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying & fixing along the poles/walls or passing through pipes or laid in trenches under floor or through walls etc jointing and testing LT Cross Linked Polythene Insulated (XLPE insulated) galvanized steel strip armoured electric cable, 1100 volt grade heavy duty with aluminium conductor overall served with an outer sheath of PVC complete of size 10 Sqmm 2 Core all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Excavation, earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Cable covers, Pipe for cable protection to be measured and paid for separately).

-Ditto- all as per item No 7 above but of size 16 Sqmm 4 core

Supply & fixing 50mm bore, GI tubing light grade (ISI marked) with fittings laid in trenches or on pole, fixed to wall or ceiling or floor for protection of cables with MS clamps complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for road cutting in bituminous road not exceeding 30cms deep for laying / passing under ground cables complete all as specified and directed (Unit rate shall be inclusive of Earth work if required).

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick in cutted/dismantled portion of road and making good after laying/passing the cables complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junction box IP 66 of size (130x180x77mm) halogen free and weather proof for out door installation( with metric knockouts for cable entry ) Make : HENSEL Cat Part No KF1010B or eqv make in Appendix 'C' including taking down old PVC junction boxes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Dynamic light column of 50 Watt,3000K 3mtr long with die-cast amuminium pipe housing with cylindrical opal polycarbonate diffuser designed for rugged outdoor usage & IP65 protection with a remote control to enable RGB tunable output complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Bajaj Cat Pt No BLSLC 50 W LED RGB 3M or eqv make in Appendix 'C'

Supply and fix tri Colour light column of 50Watt with die-cast amuminium pipe housing with cylindrical opal polycarbonate diffuser designed for rugged outdoor usage & IP65 protection with Tricolour and tratic white output switch complete all as specified and as directed.Make - Bajaj Cat Pt No BLSLC 50W LED TRI 3M or eqv make in Appendix 'C'

Supply and fix LED flood light luminaire of 80 watt,5700K with pressure die-cast housing and toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary lens optics with IP66 ingress protection. 4 kv in-built and 10kv external surge protection. efficiency 120Im/W incl nesessary fixing arrangements for the fittings on wall/ceiling etc incl taking down old flood lights complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix LED Coloured flood light luminaire of 180 watt, with pressure die-cast housing and toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary lens optics with IP66 ingress protection incl nesessary fixing arrangements for the fittings on PCC foundation/MS channel etc with suitable nut bots incl taking down old flood light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for taking down old post top lantern poles of any length, including dismantling of PCC foundation etc and removing the demolished poles/debris etc from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F Feeder pillar box housing in sheet metal enclosure of MS sheet 3.0 mm thick and angle iron 40x40x6mm frame incl copper bus bar of 63 Amps mounted on porcelin insulators including arrangement for cable gland for incoming and outgoing cables, locking arrangement, suitable foundation/platform for mounting the FPB with space for and including the following switch gears:- (a) MCB TPN 40 Amp 415 volts - 01 No (b) MCB SP 6-32 Amp 230 volts - 03 No (c) Led Indicator lamp - 03 Nos

Supply, laying and testing weather proof flat twin core cable with aluminium conductor of size 2.5 Sq.mm 2 core including taking down complete all as specified

Supply of 8 mtr height hot dip galvanised octagonal poles with 130 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top dia made up of 3mm thick.HR sheet alongwith base plate of size 200X200X12mm thick With 04 Nos of M20 X 600 mm long J type EN 8 grade foundation bolts with Double arm bracket suitable for 75mm OD (Length of arm as per site requirement ) and suitable opening on pole for making connection with provn of MCB TPN 20 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of 8 mtr height hot dip galvanised octagonal poles with 130 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top dia made up of 3mm thick.HR sheet alongwith base plate of size 200X200X12mm thick With 04 Nos of M20 X 600 mm long J type EN 8 grade foundation bolts with single arm bracket suitable for 75 mm OD or made as per direction of Engr-In -Charge complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing SMC junction box size of 240x130x95 mm fixed on pole including provn of MCB TPN 20 Amps fixed on rail inside box with proper hinges locking arrangements with provn of clamping accessories complete including taking down old unsv item all as specified

Supply and fixing of Prestressed concrete pole, 9 mtrs long ,102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom class 10 including bracket complete all as specified

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete,for foundation of poles etc. including use and waste of formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI strip of 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including necessary earth work and excavation , charcoal dust, common salt, PCC chamber, RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars 75mm C/C both ways, test point and watering pipe complete, including connecting to earthing test point or to DB / Panel complete as directed by Engr in charge and testing resistance etc complete, including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for main earth lead from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 m only. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance not optained as per IE rules the earthing will be redone by the contractor as directed by Engnr in charge with out any extra cost to Govt.
