| 1.01i) Indoor type floor mounting LT Distribution panel with Air Circuit Breaker/MCCB as incomer and MCCBs as outgoing feeders, suitable for 415 V ,3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system made out of min 2mm CRCA steel sheet suitably bended and welded to impact strength with sand blasting, powder coated with separate housing for incoming and each outgoing MCCB, suitable for bottom cable insertion and incomer to ACB with suitable supporting arrangement. The doors shall be hinged type edges of the Front /Back door shall be provided with knobs, with a neoprene rubber gasket, the nuts and bolts used are of rust proof. The whole panel shall be mounted on base frame made of structural steel channel. The panel shall be compartmentalised, the busbar and cable alley shall be shrouded by barrier plates. | |||||||
| 1.02ii) TPN Aluminium Bus Bar shall be of high conductivity aluminium and of 0.8 Amps/ mm2 having fixing arrangement with proper insulating material to isolate each phase and neutral. Provision of Heat shrinkable insulating sleaves to the bus bars with colour coding. Busbar shall run throughout the length of the chamber and shall be extendable type. Minimum electrical clearance shall be maintained between phase and neutral and body as per standards. | |||||||

Supply and Erection, Installation & Commissioning of LT Distribution Panel (NOTE SL.NO. 1 TO 1.08 SPECIFICATION DETAILS ONLY. HENCE RATE IS NOT TO BE QUOTED AGAINST 1 TO 1.08 SL. NOS)

Air circuit Breaker : Supply and Fixing of ACB 4 Pole, 415 V, Manual Drawout type with microprocessor release of capacity 800 Amps, 50KA breaking capacity with Earth fault ,Over load , short circuit protection, shunt trip , Ics=Icu=Icw (1 sec) and auxiliary contacts, LCD Back light Display, Front ON/OFF indication, spring charge/Discharge indication, 3 distinct mechanical positions indication, suitable power pack for shunt trip, Make GE /Areva T&D/Schneider/ Siemens/ L&T/ABB The incomming ACBs are to be installed and commissioned in the LT Distribution Panel as mentioned above
MCCB: Moulded Case circuit Breaker: Supply and Fixing of MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 400 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA,Ics=Icu=Icw (1 sec) . The Incomming & outgoing Moulded Case Circuit Breakers are to be installed and commissioned in the LT Distribution Panel as mentioned above, Confirms IEC 60947, IS 13947. Make:- GE/Schneider /Siemens/ L&T/ ABB.
MCCB (Moulded Case circuit Breaker): Supply and Fixing of MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA,Ics=Icu=Icw (1 sec) . The incomming & outgoing Moulded Case Circuit Breakers are to be installed and commissioned in the LT Distribution Panel as mentioned above, Confirms IEC 60947, IS 13947. Make:- GE/Schneider /Siemens/ L&T/ ABB.

Earthing:Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60 cm X 6.3 mm thick ,buries directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not lessthan 1.5 meters below ground level,connected to galvanised iron or steel strip 25x4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts and washerers of GI or steel all as shown in Electrical plate no 3 connected to earth test point as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
Earth continuity conductor: M&L Earth continuity conductor for or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess chase or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc,as required 25x4 mm GI strip
