M&L for cement concrete in foundation type B 2, 1:2:4 ( 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plates 8 mm thick (plain or chequered) , channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes for vertical post, purlins and rafter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 6mm thick multiwall polycarbonate sheeting on roofing including aluminium fillets at joints and aluminium angles (Size 40X40X1.5 mm) at end, fixed with screw and all fitting and fixture complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix hot dip galvanised mild steel section for post and struts for fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling hole notching for wire etc. or flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting, using steel section of grade E-165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F hot dip galvanised irons steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, n. exc 5 cm long, diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing conforming to IS 2721:2003 including line wires of 3.15 mm dia and avg width 75mm,straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including lines wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated, confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A as in connecting plates, base plate etc. welding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI baseds corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

S&F gear operated Steel rolling shutters, with 1.00 mm thick laths, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 leavers etc erected in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Gear box will be measured & paid separately

Supply and fix Gear box assembly for rolling shutter including rod, required nuts, bolts, cleats, crank handle etc, complete of standard make and fixed in position including taking down old gear box complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or block walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of PCC block masonry wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engr-In -Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring in levelling course complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of white wash on old plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 1000 litres capacity double layer, rotational melded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 25 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15 mm size bib taps cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, tee, union etc fixed on wall / floor complete and connecting to water supply pipe line all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 10mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 fixed with GI wire including applying two coat aluminium paint over one coat of primer after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
