Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification by mechanical/ manual means including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two two cubic metres) per ten square metres, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimetres to twenty two point four millimetres)sizes, 75mm ( seventy five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1 ) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg ( zero point eight five kilogram ) per square meter, using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion ( RS-I ) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg. ( zero point two two five kilogramme ) per square meter on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specifications 503 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential charges. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying 30mm ( thirty millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with minimum 40-60 TPH ( forty –sixty tonne per hour ) hot mix Batch type/ Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm ( thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 ( ( viscosity grade-thirty ) @ 5.40 to 5.60% ( five point four zero to five point six zero percent ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth Wheel roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 ( eight- ten ) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 ( twelve- fifteen tonne ) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa ( zero point five six ) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 ( six to eight ) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specification clause 509 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
