Dismantling brick or stone masonary in lime cement mortar under 3 M height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 M lead.

Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with fine course sand in 23.5 cm (9") thick layers free from organic and materials,well watered and rammed ncluding all cost conveyance,royality taxes all materials and all labour T&P articles required for the work etc

Cement concrete of proportion(1:4:8) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9'' thick to the required

R.C.C/C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,laying,hire charges of concrete mixture,vibrator,watering,curing and cost of all materials and labour,T&P,etc.

Rigid and smooth centering and shutteringfor R.C.C works including cost of materials complete

(A) Supplying,fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.Unit-1 MT

Excavted material away from work site within 5 km lead.
