Levelling and Grading of existing Football Ground at CMPDI RI-V Colony complex, Bilaspur (C.G.)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Consolidation of ploughed ground in layers by rolling/ ramming and watering with Diesel Road Roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity. Rolling must ensure the satisfactory compaction of ground as per the discretion of Engineer in charge (the roller shall pass a minimum of 5 runs)

Mechanical ploughing of existing ground (all types of soil) to a depth of 15–25 cm, including spreading of good earth and grading to desired slopes to prevent water logging and proper drainage, executed via motor grader to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Cast Iron benches with the dimension of 0.40m height and area= 0.7 x 1.5m. Leg support:Heavy Cast Iron frame.Weight approx 65 kg and above. Patti support =1" x2" tubeller pipe support . The painting is done by an anti corrosive powder coated paint (pure polyster powder with 60-70 micron thick) of attractive shade including finishing of grinded area with metallic sealant .The rates shall be inclusive of cost of all materials ( sand, cement etc.) , labour, civil works for fixing, transportation at site. The Equipment should be approved by Engineer In Charge before installation at site.

Collection & disposal of garbage, tree branches, building debris etc. from colony as and when required by tractor/trolley within the lead of 1 KM to the pit shown by the Engineer Incharge to make the concerned area clean satisfactorily.

Trimming of trees, as required, obstructing the street lights, and growing in an untrained way but without harming the trees as per direction complete with disposal of rubbish outside the periphery of the colony, with due regard to safety of the workersand residents including property of the company.
