Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock pump set 2000 LPH x 30 MH coupled with suitable motor for filling of Over Head tank of Filtration Plant. The job includes installation of pumping set by way of fastening the suction and delivery of pump with the existing suction and delivery line by way of providing and fitting of small nipples, bends and union of required size, required at site as per site conditions. Providing and fitting of submersible cable 2.5 mm2 from DOL starter to motor with proper thimbling and insulation. Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 3 HP low speed motor on the existing base plate of already installed air compressor. The Specification of the Motor should be 415 Volts ± 10%, 1440 RPM, 50 Hz, 04 Pole and TEFC cooled. The Machinery should confirm relevant ISO with all latest amendments. Providing and fitting of pulley along with belt to be fitted with the pulley of the air compressor. Providing and fitting of submersible cable 2.5 mm2 from DOL starter to motor with proper thimbling and insulation. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, fitting charges & carriage/shifting charges at site .The Job also includes checking continuity of electrical circuit & testing of machinery on load.
