Material and Management

Mechanized Environmental Support Services, house keeping and Maintenance of Paved/Metalled areas i.e. pathways, ghats, steps, ramps, and walkways of gardens etc. of chambal river front complete with consumable materials & machines (Excluding Man Power) as required as per scope of work including disposal of waste at dedicated area. (expected frequency once in a day)

Mechanized Environmental Support Services, house keeping (Up-keeping of external / internal vertical façade, sculptures and thier pedastals, cladding, glass panes/partitions/columns ) of buildings, offices/ Ancillary Buildings (excluding toilets)at chambal river front complete with Consumable materials, ladders, hanging equipment & machines (Excluding Labour) as required as per scope of work including disposal of waste at dedicated area. (Facade Area) ( Rate to be quoted for Twice in a Month shift)

Mechanized Environmental Support Services, house keeping and maintenance of Toilet blocks (Wet Area) at ultra hiegene level at chambal river front including scrubbing, cleaning and mopping of floors, tiles, Counters, Walls, sanitary fixtures & fittings and cleaning of metal accessories etc. Providing toilets papers, soaps, sanitary cubes, freshener sticks (where automatic dispensers are not available) etc. complete with consumable materials & machines (Excluding Manpower) as required as per scope of work including disposal of waste at dedicated area. (Frequency Twice in a day)

Environmental Support Services, house keeping and Maintenance of parking lots, approach roads etc. of river front complete consumable materials (excluding labour) as required as per scope of work including disposal of waste at dedicated area. (Frequency Once in a Day)

Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping) and Maintenance of offices / Ancillary Buildings (excluding toilets) including scrubbing, mopping and cleaning , Internal / External floor including, cleaning of metal accessories /surfaces etc. Complete with consumable materials (excluding labour) as required including disposal of waste at dedicated area. (Non visitor Area) (Frequency Once in a Day)

Mechanized/Manually Environmental Support Services, house keeping and Maintenance of Paved/Metalled areas i.e. pathways, ghats, steps and ramps immediate after flood inundation of chambal river front complete with all consumable materials, safety kits,PPE & machines (excluding labour) as required as per scope of work including disposal of waste at dedicated area. (Rate to be quoted for per such event) Note: in such situation item 1.1 shall not applicable. This item shall be used judicially.

Mechanized/Manually Environmental Support Services, house keeping of both banks of chambal river front by removing plastic poly bags, floating materials,and other unhiegenic items and disposing them at dedicated area complete with consumable materials & machines (excluding labour) as required as per scope of work including disposal of waste at dedicated area. (Rate to be quoted for per Running meter lenth)

Safety, Security and Surviellance

providing safety and security equipments to security personnels which includes whistle, approved dress code, and other consumables to ensure proper security up to visitors satisfaction level as mentioned in Scope of work.(Excluding Man Power) (Rate to be quoted for 2.0 Shift)

Parking, Ticketing and Traffic Management

Providing parking hardware facility services by agency mechanised ticketing for parking, management of parking lots, display availability of parking lots at various UIT screens, management of traffic around the parking lots including seating arrangement of staff, paper roll, vehicle jammer etc. complete as per scope of work. (cost against consumables excluding manpower)

Providing facility services by mechanised ticketing for visitors, hastle free environment, management of separate queue, display of online barcode for bookings, hasle free check in of visitors to river front with necessary security check, including help desk, seating arrangement of staff, paper roll etc. complete as per scope of work.(cost against consumables excluding manpower)

CCTV, Sound system, Facade illumination, Outdoor lighting and other Engineering

Providing operational and routine mantnance services for CCTV, Sound system, Facde illumination, Outdoor lighting and running of all electro-mechanical fountains complete as per scope of work.(cost against consumables excluding manpower)

Horticulture

Providing services for maintaining Trees, shrubs, Hedges, Creepers, Ground covers in garden areas. Supply of seasonal plants to maintain the aesthetics of the landscape as and when required.The maintenance includes timely cutting, pruning, watering, manure, spray of insecticide and Pesticides, Proper dose of Fertilization, Cleaning of Landscape Areas, and Plantation of Seasonal flowers as and when required. this will include tools and tackles required for gardening, consumables such as urea, DAP, insecticides, pesticides and manure and exlude labour as described in scope of work.(only green area shall be measured) (cost against consumables excluding manpower)

Providing services for maintaining Trees, plants, shrubs, Creepers, in decorative pots, Supply of seasonal plants to maintain the aesthetics of the Pots as and when required.The maintenance includes timely cutting, pruning, watering, manure, spray of insecticide and Pesticides, Proper dose of Fertilization, Cleaning of pots, replacement of wilted plant. this will include tools and tackles required for gardening, consumables such as urea, DAP, insecticides, pesticides and manure as described in scope of work.(cost against consumables excluding manpower)

Pest Control and fumigation

Providing services for maintaining heigene at all areas of chambal river front including integrated fly management, mosquito management, snow gel management, and rodent proofing treatment. this will include tools and tackles, cost of consumables, pesticides & insecticides required as described in scope of work. (Frequency of fumigation shall be once in a day and frequency of pesticide/insecticides once in a week or as and when required) (cost against consumables excluding manpower)

Disaster management at River front

Providing services for disaster management for Fire, emergency threat security, against water drowing, or any emergency situation at all areas of chambal river front. this will include tools and tackles, cost of consumables required as described in scope of work. (Rate to be quoted for 2.0 shifts)(cost against consumables excluding manpower)

General Administration and Engineering

Providing general administrative and engineering, event coordinator, basic medical services for complete management of chambal river front at all areas. this will include tools and tackles, cost of consumables if any required as described in scope of work.(cost against consumables excluding manpower) (Rate to be quoted for 2.0 shifts)

Mobility At River front

Providing mobility services and annual maintenance of E-carts and tyre mounted trains by operation, safety and AMC of all assets for 5 years for complete management at chambal river front. this will include man power, maintenance and services, tools and tackles, cost of consumables if any required as described in scope of work. (Rate to be quoted for 2.0 shifts)

Maps and Brochures

Providing maps and brochures complete print of chambal river front along with tickets and make them available at various locations in standies, pockets etc. soft copy of map and brochure shall be provided by UIT kota. Printing and proffessional availability shall be ensured by bidder as per scope of work.(cost against consumables excluding manpower)

Providing and Supplying material as required by the Competent Authority For Office use

Providing and supplying including cost of transportation to the premises - drinking water 20 Litre. Jar (Bisleri/ Kinley/ Aquafina/ Kingfisher/ Bailley/ Tata Water Plus)

Providing and supplying including cost of transportation to the premises - Drinking water Bottle-250 ml

Providing and supplying including cost of transportation to the premises - Drinking water Bottle- 500 ml

Providing and supplying including cost of transportation to the premises - Drinking water Bottle- 1000 ml

Charges for providing Tea /Coffee/Green Tea/soup prepared at the office premises by traditional method

Charges for providing Tea /Coffee at the office premises prepared from the Tea / Coffee vending machine

Providing and supplying Snacks plate-small (wafers/chips, cookies, chocolates etc.) as per direction by the competent authority

Providing and supplying Snacks plate -Medium (Mix of veg sandwich, samosa/ kachori/ aloo patties, wafers/ chips, sweets, cookies, chocolates,) as per direction by the competent authority

Providing and supplying Snacks plate- Large (Mix of veg sandwich, samosa/ kachori/aloo patties, wafers/chips, sweets, dry fruits masala kaju and badam nuts, cookies, chocolates,) as per direction by the competent authority

Providing and supplying Fruit plate (multi variety seasonal fruits atleast 150 Grams)- as per direction by the competent authority

Providing and supplying Lunch Box from reputed restaurant (Hotel Kalinga/Choti wala/ Guru Kripa /Shree Maya/ Shri Leela etc.) as per direction by the competent authority.

Note:-Quanity mentioned in BoQ is for one month only. They shall be repeated for next Month by Month.
