M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) size of tiles 300mm x 300mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in cementitious tile adhesive and pointed in white or coloured including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, for laying floor finishes, laid over PCC 25mm thick average thickness Type B0 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as levelling course to roof surfaces finished even and fair, Dismantling existing unserviceable tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debries/ rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position of unframed work complete all as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position of unframed work complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F color coated (SDP) pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ150 Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw, butyl tape, end foam filler including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof covering as specified.
