Regrading terracing of mud plaster covered with tiles or bricks in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud plaster to proper, slope, relaying mud plaster Gobri leaping and tiles or bricks grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement and 3 fine sand) including replacing unserviceable tiles, or bricks with new over and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground within 50 m lead (The cost of new tiles or bricks excluded).

Supply of New Tiles Complete in all respects

Cement concrete 1:2:4 gola 10cm x 10cm concave quadrant along junction of roofs with parapet wall finished smooth, where specially specified.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.

Water proofing treatment of Roof Slab with High performance cementitious two component product, consisting of a powder component and an acrylic polymer using two coats ( Dr Fixit Roofseal flex - Packaging Size: 12 .5 kg (7.5 kg powder + 5 kg polymer) / equivalent water proofing Solution ). The slurry thus formed by mixing the two, is to be applied on new roofs to forms a seamless, highly elastic, non-toxic waterproofing layer on the roof with a life expectancy of 7 years. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing Fiber Glass Coated Mesh with thickness of 45 Gsm for the water proofing of roof terraces, bathrooms , Water tanks, etc. The surface to be levelled, finished, made smooth before fixing of Fiber Glass Mesh, complete in all respect as per manufactures specification and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
