40 mm thick Red sand stone rubbed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base ofcement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints 3 mm thick,side buttered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) admixed with pigment to match the shade of stone and pointing with same mortar.

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials,royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing R.C.C. grade M 25 concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202(The reinforcement steel shall be procured from original (primary) steel producers as per clause no. 2011.3.1 of MORD specifications (First revision'2014)

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 in size with GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 150mm x 150mm mesh laid with stoneboulders. as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWDUttarakhand specifications)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
