( P+N+E) for Normal and invertor points per room is to be provided seperately).The Job further includes providing and fixing of heavy duty Metallic conceled deeps and Fan junction deeps of standard make dully isi marked (to be approved by EIC before installation) actual numbers to be provided as per site requirement and as per instructions of EIC complete job

Point wiring for 10 Amp Socket out lets with 3x2.5 sq mm (P+N+E) FRLs PVC insulated 660/1100 volt grade flexible stranded (50 strands of 0.25 mm dia.) copper conductor wires of Polycab/Finolex/Anchor/RR Cabels /Salzer/ Apar/ Grandlay/ Eq. make to be approved by EIC, to be laid in recessed or surface conducting system (25 mm dia medium class PVC Conduits including cutting of walls /floors with hydraulic cutters and refacing to original position by way of cement plastering /pop / paiting etc complete job including cost of conduits and its allied accessories ,seperate conduit for each point ).The Job further Includes supply and fixing modular grid plate mounted flush mounted 2 no 240 volts 6-16 Amp 5 pin socket out let along with 2 No's of 6-16 Amp control Switch to be housed in 6-Way heavy duty GI Modular Box with modular cover plate of Anti fungal & Anti Bacterial of ABB /L&T / legrend /Simens / eq. make to be approved by EIC , complete as per specification and as required . The Job includes providing and laying of circuit wiring of same size from DB to first switch in sub circuit Complete as required Complete Job including conduits ,Switches ,Sockets and complete circuit from DB Box to point

Point wiring for 16 Amp Socket out lets with 3x4 sq mm (P+N+E) FRLS PVC insulated 660/1100 volt grade flexible stranded copper conductor wires of Polycab/Finolex/Anchor/RR Cabels /Salzer/ Apar/ Grandlay/ eq. make to be approved by EIC, to be laid in recessed or surface conducting system (25 mm dia medium class PVC Conduits including cutting of walls /floors with hydraulic cutters and refacing to original position by way of cement plastering /pop / paiting etc complete job including cost of conduits and its allied accessories ,seperate conduit for each point ) .The job further includes the cost of supplying and fixing modular grid plate mounted flush mounted 240 volts 16 amp 6 pin combined shuttered socket out let along with 240 volt 16 Amp control Switch of Anti fungal & Anti Bacterial of ABB /L&T / legrend /Simens / eq. make to be approved by EIC to be housed in heavy duty 4-Modular GI Box of same make as of switches /sockets with p/f of modular cover plate , complete as per specification and as required with inter connection complete as per specifications and as required. The Job includes providing and laying of circuit wiring of same size from DB to first switch in sub circuit Complete as required Complete Job including conduits ,Switches ,Sockets and complete circuit from DB Box to point with out any looping and jointing

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of Indicators (Modular type) fitted on modular grid plate and GI Boxes complete job

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fans with down rod suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase ACSupply, earthing etc. complete as required.of Usha / Crompton Greaves / Orient /Helonix/ eq. make to be approved by EIC

Supply and fixing of 12 Watts LED surface /recess downlighter (Commercial type ) having Aluminium Body & having following specficafications .The luminaire should have a colour temperature of 6500°K, CRI≥80 and SDCM≤5. . The driver shall have THD≤10% (@full Load) and PF ≥ 0.95 (@full load). . The LED Luminaire should be BIS registered. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports before supply of material for approvals: LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab & BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver of Bajaj /Crompton / Helonix / Wipro/ eq. make as per approved sample

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required.(But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).of Legrend /L&T /ABB /Simens /Schinder/ eq. make to be approved by EIC dully isi marked complete with connections.
