M&L for non - skid Ceramic tiles double charse 9 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm(600x600mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting dados, risers etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match with colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed including removal of surplus soils/demolished materials not exc 50m and depositing,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.
